Conventionally, in prefabricated houses using the panel construction method, partition panels are used as load-bearing walls. but,
They tend to buckle and deform at the base of the legs and have low yield strength, which leads to problems such as a large number of sheets being used, making it impossible to create a large one-room space, and reducing flexibility in floor plans. In addition, conventional load-bearing partition panels need to be jointed to columns, which necessitates providing a large number of working holes in the columns, resulting in poor workability. Also, since the pillars are jointed, it was only possible to build up to two pieces around the pillars due to the joint space.

Embodiment An embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS. 1 to 10. FIG. 1 shows a partition panel 1, in which joint plates 4 are joined via joint attachment members 3 to the lower end outer surfaces of vertical frame members 2 on both sides of a panel body 1'. The panel body 1' has a load-bearing wall structure, and consists of nine panel frames consisting of vertical frame members 2 and horizontal frame members 5 (Fig. 2) made of channel steel, and a middle crosspiece 6, and particle board. A structural surface material 7 and an interior base 8 made of gypsum board are pasted on both sides and fixed with screws. The clearance for screw 9 from the panel edge is approximately 20 mm. The joint mounting member 3 is made of outward facing channel steel and is welded to the vertical frame member 2. The joint plate 4 is made of a steel plate, and is welded to the lower end surface of the joint mounting member 3 so as to protrude to both sides. Bolt holes 10 are provided in the protruding portions on both sides of the joint plate 4.

For example, it has a hexagonal hole and is tightened with a wrench 27. In order to secure a working space for the wrench 27 at this time, a sufficient distance L is provided between the joint stands 14 of the base hardware 12C. After that, place the joint plate 4 of the partition panel 1 on the joint stand 14 of the base hardware 12C, and tighten the bolts 28 (Fig. 8) to the joint plate 4.

Although it is joined like this, this partition panel 1
Since the groove-shaped joint mounting member 3 reinforces the base of the leg against buckling deformation, the strength against vertical loads and the like is improved. Therefore, it becomes possible to reduce the number of partition panels 1 and create a large one-room room. In addition, by combining with other small non-load-bearing partition panels, the number of partition panels 1 that serve as load-bearing walls can be reduced and the flexibility of floor plan can be increased. Moreover, since this partition panel 1 is not connected to the pillars but to the foundation hardware, by using the foundation hardware 12A shown in FIG. 5, the number of panels to be built around the pillars can be reduced to four. Moreover, since it is not joined to the pillar, there is no need to provide a working hole in the pillar, and workability is improved.
