In order to achieve the above object, the continuous automatic production device for clothing belts of the present invention has a working part that cuts leather into a certain area, and a plurality of parts of a certain width that receive the leather cut into a certain area from the working part. A slitter section that simultaneously cuts belt leather; a moving conveyor section that simultaneously moves a plurality of belt leathers cut by the slitter section in the same arrangement as they came out of the slitter section and feeds them into the next automatic cutting die press; An automatic die-cutting press that simultaneously punches belt tip shapes and latching holes for belt clasps into the belt leather, and simultaneously moves multiple belt leathers provided with the tip and latching holes to the next belt edge polishing section. A moving conveyor, an edge polishing section consisting of a plurality of rotating roll-type grindstones that simultaneously polish the edge surfaces of multiple belt leathers, and a rough leather fiber layer formed on the edge surfaces of multiple polished belt leathers. While moving, place it on the hot iron part to make it smooth by applying it to the ironing mold, and dyeing on the same side and the same part while rotating it against the edge side and edge of the tip of the belt leather that was moved from the hot iron part. It has a plurality of sponge rolls impregnated with dye or paint, and a drying device that dries the dyed belt leather while moving it.

The continuous automatic production device for clothing belts according to the present invention cuts leather into a certain area in a working section, obtains a large number of belt leathers of a certain width in a slitting section, and then automatically punches the belt leather into the large number of belt leathers. A sword tip shape and a latching hole for the belt clasp are punched out at the same time using a press, and multiple rotary roll grindstones are pressed against the edge surface of the punched belt leather to simultaneously polish multiple edge surfaces. After smoothing the rough leather fiber layer that has formed on the surface with an iron, the edge surface and the edge of the tip of the belt leather are dyed by contact with a sponge roll impregnated with dye (paint), and then dried in a drying device. It was designed to produce a clothing belt.

The embodiment of the present invention shown in the figure is continuous with a working unit 1 that cuts leather into a certain area, receives leather 2 cut into a certain area, and cuts it into a plurality of belt leathers 3 of a certain width. A slitter part 4 is provided to carry out the slitter part 4, and a plurality of belt leathers 3 cut by the slitter part 4 are simultaneously moved in the same arrangement as they came out from the slitter part 4 to the next automatic slitter part 4. An automatic die-cutting press 8 is provided which simultaneously punches out belt points 6 and belt clasp latching holes 7 on a plurality of belt leathers 3 via a moving conveyor section 5 that feeds into the die-cutting press 8. Then, the edge surfaces of the belt leathers 9 are polished at the same time via a moving conveyor 10 that simultaneously moves a plurality of belt leathers 9 provided with a tip 6 and a hooking hole 7 and introduces them into the next belt edge polishing section 12. An edge polishing section 12 consisting of a plurality of rotating roll type grindstones 11 is provided, and the roughness formed on the edge surface of a plurality of belt leathers 3 polished by the polishing section 12 is continuously fed to this polishing section 12 via a conveyor recorder. A hot ironing part 15 is provided in which the fiber layer of the leather in a heated state is transferred and smoothed by applying it to the iron mold 14, and the leather is continuously transferred from the same heat ironing part 15 to the ironing part 15 via a conveyor. A dyeing unit 17 is provided which has a plurality of sponge rolls 16 impregnated with dye or paint, which dye the belt leather 13 while rotating in contact with the top surface and the edge of the tip of the blade. A drying device 19 is provided while belt leather 18 dyed in the dyeing section 17 is continuously transferred to the dyeing section 17 via a conveyor.
