接続した水道本管Aを新設するに際して水道管B
の端部に栓Cを取付ける場合等に用いることがで
きる。因に、(イ)の場合の使用方法は、前述した交
換方法において水道管Bに取付ける対象が栓Cか
らフランジ板に替わるだけであり、(ロ)の場合の使
用方法は、前述した交換方法において水道管Bか
ら取外す対象が栓Cからフランジ板に替わるだけ
であり、(ハ)の場合の使用方法は、水道本管Aの新
設時に、水道管B側のフランジbに筒状本体2を
取付けると共に、弁板8閉じておき、そして、前
述した交換方法のうち、取外し後の取付け手順を
行う方法である。

体2に固定ならびに固定解除自在な固定具6と、 固定された栓C側のフランジcを水道管B側の
フランジbに対して遠近移動させるように前記筒
状本体2を水道管B側のフランジbに対してスラ
イド移動操作自在で、離間位置に両フランジb,
cを固定可能な操作具7と、 前記のスライド移動による前記両フランジb,
c間に形成される間〓幅内で、その筒状本体2の
筒内流路を横断して核流路を閉塞自在な弁板8
と、 前記両フランジb,cの連結具挿通用孔4b,
4cを閉塞するための閉塞部材5b,5cとを備
えさせてある栓脱着装置。 2 前記筒状本体2が、周方向で複数個に分割可
能なものである特許請求の範囲第1項に記載の栓
脱着装置。 3 前記筒状本体2が、両フランジb,cそれぞ
れに環状のマウント1b,1cを介して外嵌する
ものである特許請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記
載の栓脱着装置。 4 前記固定具6と操作具7と弁板8とが、筒状
本体2に取付けられている特許請求の範囲第1項
又は第2項に記載の栓脱着装置。 5 筒状本体2と固定具6と操作具7と弁板8と
閉塞部材5b,5cとを備えた栓脱着装置を用い
て、水道管Bの端部にフランジ接合させた栓Cを
取外す方法であつて、水道管B及び栓Cの接合用
のフランジb,cに筒状本体2を水密状態に外嵌
させて筒状本体2と栓C側のフランジcとを固定
具6で固定した後、両フランジb,cの連結を解
除すると共に、両フランジb,cの連結具挿通用
孔4b,4cを閉塞部材5b,5cで閉塞し、こ
の状態で栓C側のフランジcが水道管B側のフラ
ンジbから離間するように操作具7を介して筒状
本体2を水道管B側のフランジbに対してスライ
ド移動させて水道管B側のフランジbに固定した
後、弁板8を閉じて筒状本体2内を遮断し、この
状態で固定具6による栓C側のフランジcの筒状
本体2への固定を解除して栓Cを取外す栓取外し
方法。 6 前記筒状本体2を両フランジb,cに外嵌さ
せるに、筒状本体2を周方向で複数個に分割して
おき、これら分割部分を両フランジb,cの周り
で筒状となるように組付け連結して外嵌させる特
許請求の範囲第5項に記載の栓取外し方法。 7 前記筒状本体2を両フランジb,cに外嵌さ
せるに、両フランジb,cそれぞれに環状のマウ
ント1b,1cを外嵌装着し、これらマウント1
b,1cに筒状本体2を外嵌させる特許請求の範
囲第5項または第6項に記載の栓取外し方法。 8 筒状本体2と固定具6と操作具7と弁板8と
閉塞部材5b,5cとを備えた栓脱着装置を用い
て、水道管Bの端部に栓Cをフランジ接合させる
栓取付け方法であつて、水道管B及び栓Cにおけ
る接合用のフランジb,cそれぞれの連結具挿通
用孔4b,4cを閉塞部材5b,5cで閉塞する
と共に、水道管B側のフランジbに筒状本体2を
水密状態に外嵌させて操作具7により水道管B側
のフランジbに固定し、かつ、弁板8を閉じて筒
状本体2内を軸芯方向の中間部で遮断し、この状
態で弁板8よりも下流側の筒状本体部分に栓C側
のフランジcを水密状態に内嵌させて固定具6で
筒状本体2に固定した後、弁板8を開き、この状
態で操作具7を介して筒状本体2を水道管B側の
フランジbに対してスライド移動させて栓C側の
フランジCを水道管B側のフランジbに当接させ
たのち、閉塞部材5b,5cを取外すと共に、両
フランジ5b,5cを固定連結し、その後、筒状
本体2の栓C側のフランジbの固定具6による固
定を解除して筒状本体2を両フランジb,cから
取外す栓取付け方法。 9 前記筒状本体2を両フランジb,cから取外
すに、筒状本体2を周方向で複数個に分割して外
す特許請求の範囲第8項に記載の栓取付け方法。
