発明が解決しようとする問題点 上記の装置では、ゴムローラ51を使用してい
るため、円盤の平面度が出ていないと回転ぶれを
生じ、また偏心しているときにはキヤツプ60と
の接触を一定に保てなくなり、ワーク54の回転
不良に起因する塗装むらが起こつたり、搬送ベル
ト53からワーク54がはずれたりすることがあ
る。また塗料が付いてはならないワーク54のキ
ヤツプ60に塗料が付着し不良品が生じたりす
る。それでゴムローラ51は精度よくつくる必要
がある。しかしワーク54は非常に小さいので回
転ぶれや偏心を完全になくす程に加工精度を上げ
ることは困難であり、また高価である。そしてゴ
ムローラ51がワーク54の塗布面を覆つてしま
うので、塗布ローラ52による塗布状態を観察で
きず、目視検査に適さなかつた。

コ字形状に切りかかれており、搬送ベルトが電極
部に上部押え板の先端部が当接したリードレス型
電子部品を移動させることにより、リードレス型
電子部品が自転するようになつている。

れ、塗装状態を容易に観察でき便利である。
