The conventional fixing structure between the case and the base of an electronic component is such that when the case is made of a metal material and the base is made of ceramics, etc., the fixing claws provided on the case are directly attached to the base. By bending, the case and the base body are fixed, but when bending, an impact force is applied to the base body made of ceramics, etc., and there is a high possibility that the base body will be damaged or cracked. ,
Furthermore, when adhesion between the case and the base body is required, it is insufficient, and a rubber ring packing or the like must be used.

In addition, when the case is formed of a resin material, the case and the base are fixed by bending or caulking the protrusion provided on the case directly toward the base, but after fixing, the resin material is easily affected by the internal force of the electronic component, heat from the outside, etc., and looseness occurs between the case and the base, making it difficult to maintain a sufficiently fixed state. Structure of the Invention In order to achieve this object, the method for forming an electronic component of the present invention includes inserting a part of a metal plate, and combining a case made of an insulating material formed integrally with the metal plate and a base body. After that, the fixing claws provided on the metal plate and the protrusions provided on the case are bent toward the base, so that the protrusions of the case connect with the fixing claws of the metal plate and the base. The case and the base body are fixed in a state where they are fitted with each other. With this configuration, when the fixing claws provided on the metal plate are bent toward the base body, the case and the base body are The protruding portion of the case that is attached to the case serves as a cushioning material, reducing the impact force applied to the base, and is fixed by the fixing claw provided on the metal plate. Therefore, looseness due to heat or the like is less likely to occur, and furthermore, the protrusion of the fitted case improves the adhesion between the case and the base body.

This is a shaft consisting of a small diameter portion 3b inserted into the shaft.
Reference numeral 4 denotes a base body made of ceramics, and on one main surface of the base body 4 is formed a horseshoe-shaped resistor film 5 whose both ends are connected to electrodes 6, respectively, and terminals 7 are connected to each of the electrodes 6. There is. next,
A slider 8 made of a conductive material and having spring properties is attached to the small diameter portion 3b of the shaft 3. One side of the slider 8 is in contact with the metal plate 1, and the other side is formed with a contact 8a that comes into pressure contact with the resistor film 5. A seat plate 9 is further inserted into the small diameter portion 3b of the shaft 3, and the small diameter portion 3b is inserted into the through hole 4a of the base body 4, and the base body 4 is connected to the resistor film 5 and the slider. 8 said contact point 8a
Combine it with the case 4 so that they are in contact with each other. Here, the fixing claw portion 1 provided on the metal plate 1
a and the protruding part 2a provided on the case 2 are bent toward the base 4 side, and the bent protruding part 2a' of the case 2 is connected to the bent fixing claw part 1a' of the metal plate 1. The case 2 and the base body 4 are fixed in a state where the case 2 and the base body 4 are fitted together. The tip of the small diameter portion 3b of the shaft 3 is caulked to form a caulked portion 3c.

As described above, according to this embodiment, the metal plate 1
In fixing the case 2 made of an insulating material integrally formed with the metal plate 1 and the conductor 4, after the case 2 and the base 4 are combined, the case 2 is inserted into the case 2. The fixing claw portion 1a provided on the metal plate 1
and the protrusion part 2a provided on the case 2 are bent toward the base body 4 side, and the protrusion part 2a of the case 2 is bent.
The case 2 is fitted by fixing the case 2 and the base 4 in a state where a' is fitted between the fixing claw portion 1a' of the metal plate 1 and the base 4. The protrusion 2a' serves as a buffer material, reducing the impact force applied to the base 4, and is fixed by the fixing claw 1a' provided on the metal plate 1. Therefore, looseness due to heat or the like is less likely to occur, and further, the adhesion between the case 2 and the base body 4 can be improved due to the protrusion 2a' of the fitted case 2.

Effects of the Invention As described above, the present invention has a method in which a part of a metal plate is inserted and a case made of an insulating material formed integrally with the metal plate is fixed to a base by combining the case and the base. After that, the fixing claw part provided on the metal plate inserted in the case and protruding from the case and the protrusion part provided on the case are bent toward the base body, so that the protrusion part of the case is bent. By providing the fixing claw portion of the metal plate and the base body in a fitted state, the protrusion portion of the fitted case serves as a buffer material, thereby reducing the impact applied to the base body. The force is reduced, and since the structure is fixed by the fixing claws provided on the metal plate, it is difficult for looseness to occur due to heat etc., and furthermore, the protrusion of the fitted case The adhesion between the case and the base body is also improved, and it is possible to obtain an electronic component with a fixed structure that is easy to assemble and can maintain a stable fixed state, which has great practical effects.
