There is a limit to the fact that there is no variation and only monotonous and uniform patterns can be produced.

The colored adhesive layer of the chip is sprayed so as to be partially buried in the colored adhesive layer, the colored adhesive layer is partially absorbed by the chip, and the colored adhesive layer of the chip is dried. The method consists of pressing the part onto the colored adhesive layer of the peripheral part of the chip.

The film base material only needs to be substantially transparent, and may be either colorless and transparent or colored and transparent. In the case of colored transparent film,
The color may be different from the color of the colored adhesive;
If they are different, the color of the film layer and the color of the adhesive layer can be mixed to create a complex color shade. The material of the film is not particularly limited as long as it can support the colored adhesive layer.

る。 When chips made of a water-absorbing substance are spread on the colored adhesive layer, the water-absorbing power of the chips causes the colored adhesive to be absorbed into the chips from the areas in contact with the colored adhesive. The amount of colored adhesive absorbed into the chip differs between the areas where the colored adhesive is in contact and the areas where it is not, so it mixes with the hue of the chip itself.
Each color has a slightly different nuance.

By compressing at 100 kg/cm 2 (compressing from both sides), the non-buried portion of the colored adhesive layer of the chip is pressed onto the colored adhesive layer surrounding the chip. If the chip is made of plastic, it may be rolled at the same time as crimping. The non-buried part (exposed part) of the colored adhesive layer of the chip remains essentially the same color as the chip itself, but by being pressed onto the colored adhesive layer around the chip, it looks like granite or marble. The decorative surface material according to the present invention has a deep shading pattern.

If the viscosity is more than 20,000 cps, it will be difficult for the adhesive to penetrate into the chip, and if it is less than 50 cps, the permeability will be too high and the entire chip will be colored, which is not suitable. Further, solvent-based adhesives are also undesirable because their permeability is too high.

300μ is appropriate. If it is less than 10μ, the adhesive strength of the chip becomes too low, and if it is more than 300μ, the absolute value of the film thickness is too large, making it difficult to produce a hue difference due to absorption of the adhesive into the chip.

When a mixture of ~20 varieties is used, the adhesive-absorbing part and the exposed part of the chip change forever, creating a pattern with subtle differences in hue, making it more similar to natural stone. The size of the chips is granules or beads with a particle size of 0.5 to 10 mm,
Fragments are appropriate. Among the water-absorbing substances mentioned above, particularly suitable materials for the chips include water-absorbing polymers, pieces of wood, pieces of paper, torn cloth, and fiber bundles.

As shown in FIG. 2, chips 3a and 3b made of a water-absorbing substance (in this example, chips 3a made of wood chips and chips 3b made of a water-absorbing polymer) are sprinkled onto the colored adhesive layer 2, as shown in FIG. The chips 3a, 3b partially sink and are buried in the adhesive layer 2 due to their own weight, and the adhesive is partially absorbed into the chips 3a, 3b. In this state, when the chips are dried and fixed, and the portions of the chips not buried in the adhesive layer are rolled or pressed, a decorative surface material 4 as shown in FIG. 3 is obtained. The surface material 4 shown in FIG. 3 is a decorative surface material according to the present invention. Various construction materials, various devices,
Used for exterior decoration of appliances, furniture, etc. In addition, if you want the decorative surface to have irregularities, for example to provide a non-slip function, use the rolled side 4 with irregularities.
It is also possible to set b to the outer surface side.
