本発明は、土留め壁や護岸等に利用される鋼管
杭柱列に於ける頭繋部の構築工法に関するもので

め用嵌合部材を柱列長さ方向に移動可能に装着し
ておき、各位置決め用嵌合部材を前記鋼管杭柱列
の複数の鋼管杭上端に内嵌させた状態で、各位置
決め用嵌合部材を前記フレームに固定し、当該フ
レーム内にコンクリートを打設するか又は、当該
フレームを中空のままで頭繋部とすることを特徴
とする鋼管杭柱列頭繋部の構築工法を提案するも

に応じて中空フレーム16内に配筋して鉄筋コン
クリート製とすることも出来るが、この配筋作業
は、中空フレーム16を工場で製造した際に行つ
ておき、工事現場での配筋作業をなくすことも出
来る。勿論、頭繋部2のサイズが小さい場合には
前記中空フレーム16内へのコンクリート打設は
省き、中空フレーム16の上側開口部をカバープ
レートで閉じて、頭繋部2を中空のままにしても

きには、手摺り33やその他、フエンス、花壇等

本発明工法は以上のように実施し得るものであ
つて、係る本発明工法によれば、構築された鋼管
杭柱列上に頭繋部構築用中空フレームを、その下
側の各位置決め用嵌合部材が各々鋼管杭上端に内
嵌するように移載した後、前記各嵌合部材と中空
フレームとを固定し、必要に応じて前記中空フレ
ーム内にコンクリートを打設すれば良いのである
から、鋼管杭柱列上での頭繋部構築用コンクリー
ト型枠の組立て作業やコンクリート養生後の型枠
解体除去作業が全く不要となり、現場での頭繋部

鋼管杭の上端に各別に内嵌する複数の位置決め用
嵌合部材を柱列長さ方向に移動可能に装着してお
き、各位置決め用嵌合部材を前記鋼管杭柱列の複
数の鋼管杭上端に内嵌させた状態で、各位置決め
用嵌合部材を前記フレームに固定し、当該フレー
ム内にコンクリートを打設するか又は、当該フレ
ームを中空のままで頭繋部とすることを特徴とす
る鋼管杭柱列頭繋部の構築工法。1.
