However, such branch line anchors usually have subdivided grooves 5 arranged to facilitate the expansion of the resistance plates 1, 1, so that the tensile strength of the resistance plates 1, 1 tends to be insufficient. When a large amount of tension is applied to the branch line rod 4, the expanded resistance plates 1, 1 shrink due to earth pressure, and do not have a sufficient function as a branch line anchor. This method had problems such as requiring a special expanding tool to expand the board, making the driving work complicated.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and it is possible to prevent the resistance plate expanded underground from shrinking even when a large amount of tension is applied, and therefore to provide sufficient durability. To provide a branch line anchor that has tension, is easy to drive, has a simple structure, and is excellent in productivity.

(Structure of the Invention) A pair of directional plates each having an arcuate curved resistance plate vertically disposed on a connecting plate having an upper end as a driving part are fixed at a predetermined base end thereof with the inner arcuate surfaces of the resistance plates facing each other outward. Each direction plate is pivotably mounted to be slidable in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined interval, and a substantially J-shaped notch is formed at the base end on the inner end face of each direction plate, and a notch in the shape of a J is formed on the outer end face. The free end of the support rod whose bent end is the connection part of the support rod is fixed to the tip thereof, and when the respective direction plates are rotated and expanded around the pivot shaft to the connection plate, Engagement in which the inner end surfaces of the notches formed in each of the directional plates abut each other to cause each directional plate to slide toward the proximal end, and the recessed portions of the notched portions combine to restrict rotation of each directional plate. It is characterized by a protrusion.

Figures 1 to 3 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which a horizontally long rectangular connecting plate 6 whose upper end is a driving part 6a of a driving rod has a tip 3b in the shape of a sword blade. A pair of curved vertical direction plates 3 form a curved outer surface 7
Pivot shafts 8, 8, each consisting of a rivet, projecting from the surface 6b of the connecting plate 6 at a predetermined interval so as to face each other inwardly, are formed at their base ends 3a, 3a and extend a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. The shaft holes 9, 9, each having an oval shape, are fitted into the shaft holes 9, so that the direction plates 3, 3 can be slid in the longitudinal direction by a predetermined distance (see Fig. 7). . Further, each direction plate 3 is provided with a protruding resistance plate 1 whose distal end follows the curved outer surface 7 and is further curved toward the proximal end, with the inner circular arc surface 1c facing outward. As shown in FIG. 4, this resistance plate 1 is made by bending a plate material into a predetermined arc shape, and having a groove 10 formed in the center of the resistance plate 1, which is approximately the same width as the thickness of the direction plate 3, up to the vicinity of the tip. The structure is such that a groove 10 is formed in advance, the groove 10 is fitted into the direction plate 3, and the fitting portion is welded. A substantially J-shaped notch 12 is formed on the inner end surface 11 of the base end 3a of the direction plate 3, and an outer end surface 13 is formed on the distal end 3b.
A free end 2a of a support rod 2 whose bent end serves as a connecting portion 14 of the support rod is fixed to the support rod. Furthermore, the connecting plate 6
A horizontally long rectangular engagement protrusion 15 is protruded from the surface 6b at a predetermined position near the center.

To use a branch line anchor having such a configuration, first, as shown in FIG. A driving force is applied from a driving rod 17 to a driving portion 6a formed at the upper end of the connecting plate 6. Then the direction board 3,3

is fixed, so the direction plates 3, 3 rotate and expand around the pivot shaft 8 due to the action of this resistance plate. At this time, the direction plates 3, 3 are pushed toward the base ends 3a, 3a, respectively, by the soil pressure, but the free ends 2a, 2 of the U-shaped support rods 2 are pushed against the direction plates 3, 3.

Therefore, the direction plates 3, 3 have their tips 3b, 3
b rotates and expands along the arcuate trajectories Q and Q of the free ends 2a and 2a as the support rod 2 expands against the reaction force caused by the soil pressure. As shown in Figure 8, the base ends 3a, 3a of the direction plates 3, 3
The tip side of the shaft holes 9, 9 formed in the connecting plate 6
As shown in FIG. , 3a side. Then, when expanded to a predetermined sufficient angle, the base ends 3 of the direction plates 3, 3
The inner end surfaces 18, 18 of the notches 12, 12 formed in the openings a, 3a abut against the engagement protrusion 15 to prevent expansion. Then, when driving force is further applied to the connecting plate 6, a reaction force due to earth pressure is applied to the resistance plates 1, 1.
As a result, the direction plates 3, 3 are prevented from expanding by the engaging protrusions 15, so that the free ends 2a, 2a of the support rod 2
returns to the closing direction, and the direction plates 3, 3 slide by a predetermined distance toward the base ends 3a, 3a along the pivot shafts 8, 8, and the recessed portions 19, 19 of the notches 12, 12
The rotation of the direction plates 3, 3 is restricted, and the resistance plates 1, 1 fixed to the direction plates 3, 3, respectively, are also fixed in an expanded state at a predetermined angle. (See Figures 7 and 10), even if a large upward tension is applied to the support rod 2, the resistance plates 1 and 1
never narrows. When the driving is completed, the driving rod 17 is removed and the branch rod 4 is connected to the connecting portion 14 of the support rod 2, and the hole 16 is filled with earth and sand 20, and the driving work is completed.

In this embodiment, the engagement protrusion 15 is shaped like a rectangular plate, and one engagement protrusion 15 regulates both direction plates 3, 3. However, the engagement protrusion 15
When driving, the approximately J-shaped notch 12 comes into contact and restricts the expansion of the direction plate 3 at a predetermined position, and then the two are engaged by sliding in the direction of the base ends 3a, 3a of the direction plates 3, 3. Other shapes may be used as long as the direction plate 3 and the resistance plate are fixed in an expanded state.

(Effects of the Invention) In the branch line anchor of the present invention, when a driving force is applied to the connecting plate, the direction plate and the resistance plate pivotally attached to the connecting plate are driven into the ground, and the pivot point at the base end is driven into the ground. When the inner end surface of the notch portion rotates and expands until it comes into contact with the engaging protrusion, and further driving force is applied, the direction plate slides toward the proximal end and the recessed portion of the notch portion engages. By engaging with the mating protrusion to restrict the rotation of the direction plate and resistance plate and fixing them in the expanded state, it is possible to obtain extremely high tensile strength, and even when a large amount of tension is applied to the branch line anchor, it is possible to prevent the rotation of the direction plate and resistance plate. Unlike conventional branch anchors, the expanded resistance plate does not shrink, and the structure is not complicated, resulting in excellent productivity and durability.Furthermore, unlike conventional branch anchors, the resistance plate can be expanded during installation. It has various excellent effects such as easy pouring work without the need for an expanding tool.
