コンデンサで、外方へ導出した一対のリード線8
aをL型に折曲し、その先端を直接的にソケツト
本体40側部に設けられたリード線挿入孔11に
挿入し、接続端子15に接続されている。これに
より、始動コンデンサ8の本体部分はソケツト本
体1の側面に当接態様に指示される。5は第5図
に示されたものと同様の電子式安定器、すなわち
LC共振を利用した始動方式のインバーター回路
よりなる安定器6とソケツト本体40内の接続端
子15とを接続するリード線である。なお、14
は照明器具本体。以上により蛍光ランプの始動ソ
ケツトが構成される。

て対向した両側面にそれぞれ一対のリード線挿入
孔を形成した端子収容室とを有したランプソケツ
ト本体と、一部が上記口金ピン挿入孔に臨み他の
一部が上記リード線挿入孔に臨むようにして上記
端子収容室に収容された複数個の接続端子で構成
し、上記ランプソケツト本体の一方の側面に形成
された一対のリード線挿入孔を介し上記接続端子
の一方に直接的に上記始動部品を接続したことを
特徴とする蛍光ランプの始動装置。 2 接続端子を速結式とし、かつ始動用部品をリ
