ト基板上に形成されるパターンコイルに関するも
のである。

されるのでインダクタンスのばらつきが少なく、
かなり高精度のものが得られるものであるが、第
3図a及びbに示すように、このパターンコイル
Lpに容量の固定されたチツプコンデンサCを半
田付けして共振回路を構成した場合は、どうして
も共振周波数がばらついて所望の精度が得られな
いという問題があつた。

ることができ、共振回路を小形偏平に構成できる
上に、トリマコンデンサを使用しなくてもよいの
で安価に提供できるという利点を有するものであ
る。
