On the outer surface of the mounting face plate 1, a large number of locking pawls 1a each having an L-shape in longitudinal section are cut and raised at predetermined positions in the left and right direction at required intervals in the vertical direction. The locking recesses 3a formed on the inner surface of each of the tile blocks 3 are simply hooked onto the claws 1a to lock the tile blocks 3. The mounting and locking is performed sequentially from the bottom to the top of the mounting face plate 1, and in this way a wall is constructed by stretching each of these tile blocks 3.

い種々の問題点を有するものであつた。
However, in the case of the combination structure of the mounting face plate and tile block in the conventional example configured as described above, the mounting lock of each tile block 3 is sequentially moved from the lower side of the mounting face plate 1 to the upper side. Therefore, the existing part, that is, the wall surface of the tile block 3 that has already been installed below, may be damaged or soiled during the installation process above or when dismantling the scaffolding. Furthermore, the scaffolding structure required during the installation process cannot be dismantled until the tile blocks 3 have been installed to the top, which has the disadvantage that workability at the construction site is not necessarily good. For individual tile blocks 3 stretched outside the frame side mounting face plate 1, even if the joints formed between adjacent tile blocks are filled and sealed with joint material,
Even if the gap between the installation surfaces is closed, over time or in the event of a fire, cracks may occur in the joint material, allowing rainwater to enter the interior. Rainwater enters the inside of the mounting face plate 1, that is, the frame side, through the cut-out holes of each of the locking claws 1a of the mounting face plate 1, causing rain leakage. 1 itself has a large number of locking pawls 1a cut and raised, which tend to reduce the strength, on a simple flat plate surface which is said to be the weakest in terms of strength, and furthermore, no reinforcement measures have been taken to deal with this. As a result, the strength of the tile blocks is greatly reduced, and the tile blocks 3 are unsuitable for mounting and supporting a large number of relatively heavy tile blocks 3.

る。 Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it possible to extend the tile block from the upper side of the mounting face plate to the lower side in view of the above-mentioned problems with the conventional device, and to also make it possible to extend the tile block from the upper side of the mounting face plate to the lower side. To provide a combination structure of this type of mounting face plate and tile block which prevents rainwater from entering inside and does not impair the strength of the mounting face plate itself.

That is, in the combination structure of the mounting face plate and tile block according to the present invention, the tile block is attached to the mounting face plate while the upper edge engaging portion of the tile block is engaged with the engagement piece on the mounting face plate. By pressing it against the
The tapered surface of the locking protrusion on the back side is inserted between the upper and lower rising pieces on the mounting face plate against its elasticity, and the pair of locking grooves of the locking protrusion are The tile block is locked and restrained by a pair of locking pieces on each of the upper and lower rising pieces, and in this way, the tile block can be stretched from the upper side to the lower side on the mounting surface with great ease and workability. Since the face plate itself is constructed entirely of extruded aluminum, it eliminates the risk of water leakage from each part used to attach the tile block. This can prevent the strength of the face plate from decreasing.

Tile block 31 on the upper row side is also enlarged.
Since at least a portion of the upper end of the upper edge engaging portion 33 of the tile block 31 on the lower stage side is covered from the outside by the lower edge covering portion 34 of the tile block 31, the joint portion formed between each tile block 31 is The surface of the mounting face plate 11 is hidden from the tile block 31.
A clean tensioning surface can be achieved by chiseling, and the joint portions formed may be filled with a joint material as needed.

As described in detail above, the combination structure of the mounting face plate and tile block according to the present invention consists of a board surface on which the mounting portion is arranged, and upper and lower risers that are raised facing the board surface at predetermined intervals. a locking portion each having a pair of locking pieces protruding from inside both opening edges of each of the rising pieces; and a locking portion having one side of the upper rising portion of the substrate surface extended to form an upper lower rising piece. A mounting face plate is provided with a set of engagement parts each consisting of a connected connecting plate and engaging pieces protruding downward at predetermined spacing positions on the connecting plate surface. It has a main body which has a width in the vertical direction larger than the tensioning pitch by forming an upper edge engaging part with a height difference and a lower edge covering part with a step from the back side. an engagement protrusion that is engaged from below with the downwardly protruding engagement piece; and a pair of engagement grooves that are engaged with the pair of engagement pieces above and below the proximal neck. In addition, since the tile block is provided with a locking protrusion having a tapered surface that is inserted between the upper and lower rising pieces above and below the tip, the upper edge of the tile block can be easily engaged. By pressing this tile block against the mounting face plate while the tile block is engaged with the engagement piece on the mounting face plate, the tapered surface of the locking protrusion on the back side will align with the engagement piece on the mounting face plate. The pair of locking grooves of the locking protrusion, which is inserted between the upper and lower rising pieces against the elasticity thereof, are locked and restrained by the pair of locking pieces on each of the upper and lower rising pieces. In this way, each tile block can be connected vertically and horizontally on each mounting face plate, and can be stretched from the upper side to the lower side with excellent workability. Since the mounting face plate itself is constructed entirely of extruded aluminum, the desired structure can be achieved.
In addition to making it extremely easy to obtain a mounting face plate according to the shape, it also completely eliminates the fear of water leakage from each part for attaching the tile block, which was the case in the past.
At the same time, it is possible to completely prevent a decrease in the strength of the face plate due to the formation of the respective parts.

There is no risk of damage or staining, and if necessary, when installing this tile block,
The scaffolding structure itself can be dismantled sequentially starting from the upper part after it has been erected, and has excellent features such as being able to perform on-site work efficiently.
