ト及びこれを使用した施工方法に関するものであ

ル等の接着材を塗布した後、該ユニツトタイルを
押圧接着せしめ、接着剤の固化後台紙を剥離し、
更に目地部にはモルタルを充填して仕上げせしめ
る様に成していたが、施工前のユニツトタイルは
台紙貼着方向に容易に折れ曲がり、持ち運びに際
して各タイルが互いに大きく接触し合うため破損
を招来し、又施工時においてユニツトタイルから
台紙を剥離した後に目地部にモルタルを充填し、
手作業により仕上げねばならないため、かかる作
業には熟練を要すると共に非常に手間を要し、更
に目地詰めに際しタイル表面に付着したモルタル
を希塩酸により拭き取り処理する等の後処理を要
し、又各タイルの接着初期の段階では接着効果が
弱いこと等から、接着剤自体が膨脹或いは収縮す
るため各タイルが大きく浮上したり、剥離したり
して施工表面及び目地の通りが悪くなり美感を著
しく損ねる等工期、工数、作業能率、仕上がり等

ら粘着フイルム3を剥離すれば仮目地材5,5a
……も同時に取り除かれて美しい目地部6,6a
……が現出し、今まで手作業により仕上げなけれ
ばならなかつた目地詰めも不要になると共に、タ
イル2,2a……表面に付着したモルタルを希塩
酸により拭き取り処理する等の後処理も不要とな
り、タイル面、目地部の通りの良い仕上がり状態
を簡易に得ることが出来、又工期、工数、人員等
を大幅に短縮することが出来、且つ作業能率を飛
躍的に向上せしめることができるのである。
