によつて形成されるために、二番物量が多い場合
や、二番物の水分量が多くて重いような場合には
二番物がスロワ筒の送り経路後半部において経路
下面側に内面に付着堆積して、失速して詰まりが
発生しやすいものであつた。

から横向き経路への向き変更箇所に、強制駆動回
転される状態で二番物に対する処理回転体を設
け、この処理回転体に板状の処理歯を、その扁平
面が処理回転軸芯に垂直な面に沿う姿勢となるよ
うに植設するとともに、この処理歯の先端軌跡と
処理回転体軸芯方向視で重合状態にある板状の受
歯を、その扁平面が処理回転体軸芯に垂直な面に
沿う姿勢となるように、処理回転体収納室壁面に
取付けてある点にある。

処理回転体の外周面とこの外周面に対応するスロ
ワ筒内周面とで二番還元物に対して揉み作用を加
えることができ、単粒化処理を施すことができる
とともに、処理回転体の駆動回転力が還元搬送中
の二番物に再度、強力な搬送力を付与することに
なつて、横向き経路であつても二番物が円滑に搬
送される。

化処理を行うのみならず、放擲搬送力を補助する
こととなつて、二番物が途中部で筒内面に付着堆
積して詰まりが発生するといつた弊害が解消され
るに到つた。又、還元経路内で二番物に対する揉
み作用区間を充分にとつて単粒化処理能力の向上
が図れ、その後の脱穀作業処理負担が軽減され、
脱穀機全体の処理能力が向上するものとなつた。

する一番物搬送装置9及び揺動選別部7からの二
番物を揺動選別部7に還元する二番物搬送装置1
