Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は家具等の扉、腰板、住宅、店舗、事務
所等の壁装材として使用される化粧パネルに関す
る。 〔従来の技術〕 従来、熱硬化性樹脂化粧板が曲面形状に加工さ
れてなる化粧パネル(以下、化粧パネルという。)
は、曲面形状を有する芯材に沿つて該熱硬化性樹
脂化粧板がポストフオーム加工されるか、該熱硬
化性樹脂化粧板の含浸紙が曲面形状の金型内で熱
圧成型、真空成型加工されて得られる。 〔発明が解決しようとする課題〕 従来、ポストフオーム加工、真空プレス加工な
どによつて得られる曲面形状を有する該化粧パネ
ルは、様々な形状に加工された合板やパーチクル
ボード等の芯材や所望の製品のサイズと同サイズ
の金型や治工具等が必要で、製造工程内で種別変
更の段取りの際には、手間がかかり、長時間を要
すなどの問題がある。また、従来壁装飾等に使用
されている軟質塩化ビニル樹脂等の熱可塑性樹脂
の化粧材や紙、布等の化粧材は、表面物性に劣
り、汚れや傷がつきやすいなどの問題がある。 本発明は、従来技術の有する上記のような問題
点に鑑み発明されたものであつて、段取り工程が
簡略され、しかも表面物性に優れた曲面加工が施
された化粧パネルとその製造方法を提供すること
にある。 〔課題を解決するための手段〕 上記目的を達成するために、本発明の化粧パネ
ルは、メラミン樹脂、ジアリルフタレート樹脂、
ポリエステル樹脂等の0.2〜2.0mm厚の熱硬化性樹
脂化粧板が発泡ウレタン樹脂、発泡フエノール樹
脂等の合成発泡樹脂やバルサ材などの木質材から
なつて、圧縮されても復元力を有しない程度の弾
性体である緩衝材と積層一体化された後に、アル
ミニウム、真鍮等の金属材料で作られ曲面加工さ
れた金型が該熱硬化性樹脂化粧板の上から型押し
されて、本発明の曲面加工が施された化粧パネル
が得られる。 〔実施例〕 実施例について図面を参照して説明する。 第2図のA,B,Cは第1図の本発明の化粧パ
ネルの製造工程を示すもので、該化粧パネルは以
下のようにして製造する。 0.3mm厚のジアリルフタレート樹脂化粧板2と
発泡倍率10倍で、厚さ8mmの硬質ウレタン樹脂発
泡ボード3とが、厚さ15mmのパーチクルボード等
の基材4上にウレタン樹脂接着剤等の接着剤5を
介して、第2図のAの如く積層一体化する。次
に、該ジアリルフタレート樹脂化粧板2の上から
5mmRの径を有するアルミニウム製の金型6を温
度120℃、圧力5Kg/cm2の条件で型押して、該ジ
アリルフタレート樹脂化粧板2と該硬質ウレタン
樹脂発泡ボード3とが積層一体化された5mmRの
曲面を有する本発明の化粧パネルを製造する。
更に第2図のCに示す如く該化粧パネルは、金
型6で型押しされた凹部分7より、丸のこ盤等に
より裁断して端部が曲面加工された化粧パネル
1′としてもさしつかえない。 該硬質ウレタン樹脂発泡ボードの発泡倍率は6
倍から15倍程度であることが望ましく、倍率が低
いと型押しが不可能となり、逆に高い場合は、指
で押した程度の圧力でも凹みが生じるなどして好
ましくない。 該化粧パネルは第3図の如く、壁下地材上に
設けられた桟8に貼り合わされて装飾用の化粧パ
ネルとして使用されたり、第4図の如く、家具な
どの扉として使用される。 〔発明の効果〕 本発明の化粧パネルは、上記の如く製造される
ので、ポストフオーム加工の如く曲面形状に加工
された様々な種類の芯材を用意する必要がなく、
プレス加工の如く製品サイズに合せた雌雄の金型
を用意する必要がない。すなわち熱硬化性樹脂化
粧板と緩衝材とが積層一体化された平板と、パー
チクルボード等の基材と積層一体化されていても
よい、曲面加工を施そうとする部分のみの金型と
で製造できるため、工程の簡略化、段取り工程の
省力化が期待できる。加えて、該緩衝材として使
用される発泡合成樹脂ボードに発泡硬化したもの
ではなく、熱硬化性樹脂化粧板と積層される際に
接着機能を兼ねる発泡性の樹脂やその含浸シート
などが使用されれば、新たな接着工程を設ける必
要がなく、更に工程の簡略化が可能となる。 本発明の化粧パネルは、表面が耐摩耗性、耐汚
染性、引つかき硬度等に優れる熱硬化性樹脂化粧
板で覆われているので、軟質塩化ビニル等の熱可
塑性樹脂の化粧板や、紙、布等の化粧材と比較し
て表面物性、耐久性に優れている。また、緩衝材
として発泡合成樹脂体が使用された場合には、断
熱効果、遮音効果も期待できる。
