の底部に堆積した沈降物を掻き取る掻き取り装置
とを設けたものであるから、案内管の上部を中心
にして、案内管の下部を貯槽の底部に沿つて移動
させると共に、掻き取り装置によつて、貯槽の底
部に堆積した沈降物を掻き取つて、噴流源装置に
よつて発生した噴流を利用して、該掻き取つた沈
降物を案内管で吸い上げて、貯槽内の貯留液を撹
拌することにより、貯槽の底部に堆積した沈降物
を容易にかつ確実に案内管によつて吸い上げて、
円滑に撹拌することができ、かつ貯槽の底部に沈
降物が堆積することを防止できるという優れた効
