(Prior art and its problems) Traditionally, sound-absorbing interior materials such as ceiling materials and wall materials have been made using porous boards such as soft fiber boards and rock wool boards with many pin holes or drill holes. A plate-shaped body having a travertine-patterned recess is known.

However, although this structure differs depending on the material of the plate and the shape of the holes or recesses, in general, even if it has sound absorption properties in the mid to high frequency range, it does not have sound absorption properties in the low frequency range. Since it is extremely low and the pin holes and recesses are extremely small, it has a flat appearance with no depth and lacks a three-dimensional effect.

For this reason, the inventors of the present application have
As described in the publication, we have developed a building board in which a number of holes with a flat cross-sectional shape of a jar are formed in a plate-like body with an enlarged space inside compared to the surface opening. It takes a lot of effort to excavate the interior that communicates with the interior, resulting in poor productivity. In addition, only the opening is exposed on the surface, and the internal shape is hidden, resulting in a variable three-dimensional feel and solidity. There were some problems, such as insufficient capacity.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the method for manufacturing a decorative laminate of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative laminate of the present invention. The upper porous plate is formed by forming a plurality of grooves communicating from one end to the other end, and integrating the upper porous plate onto the surface of the lower porous plate having the grooves. A plurality of hollow holes are formed by closing the upper end openings of the grooves on the lower surface of the body, and then a plurality of grooves are carved in a direction intersecting the hollow holes from the surface of the upper porous plate-like body to reach the hollow holes. It is characterized by:

(Function) A plurality of hollow holes 2 provided inside the plate-shaped body 1 are exposed to the outside through grooves 3 formed from the surface, and these hollow holes 2 and grooves 3 create a rich three-dimensional effect and solidity. In addition, the hollow holes 2 communicating with the grooves 3 on the front surface function as a so-called long-tube resonator and exhibit a sound-dampening effect similar to that of a Helmholtz resonator. The side wall and the side wall of the groove 3 have a step-like complicated shape,
It effectively diffuses sound and absorbs sound.

As shown in FIG.
The stacked surfaces are stacked one above the other so that the grooves 2a and 2b are aligned with each other, and are bonded with an appropriate adhesive, that is, the tip surfaces of the protrusions 4 and 5 formed between adjacent grooves. By bonding them together, a porous plate-like body 1 in which hollow holes 2 are formed by opposing grooves 2a and 2b is obtained.

Next, as shown in FIG. 4, a straight groove 3 with a depth reaching the tip of the protrusion 5 of the lower porous plate 1b is inserted from the surface of the upper porous plate 1a into the hollow hole 2. (In the figure, they are orthogonal, but they may be provided in directions that intersect at an appropriate angle.) By carving them at desired intervals, these grooves 3,
A part of the hollow hole 2 is exposed on the surface between the grooves 3 and 3, and the upper half of the hollow hole 2 which is not cut out on both sides of the protrusion 9 formed between the grooves 3 and 3 has an opening 11, 11. A decorative board having a solid three-dimensional appearance and effective sound absorption performance can be obtained.

In addition, when forming the porous plate-like body 1 having the hollow holes 2 by laminating and bonding the upper and lower porous plate-like bodies 1a and 1b, the grooves 2a and 2b are not aligned but are slightly shifted. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5, the grooves 2a of the upper porous plate 1a may be directed upward and the grooves 2a of the lower porous plate 1b may be placed on the smooth lower surface of the upper porous plate 1a. A hollow hole 2 may be formed by closing the upper end opening of the groove 2b.
In this case, the upper porous plate-like body 1a has grooves 2.
Although a is not necessarily required, the upper porous plate-like body 1
When cutting the groove 3 in the direction intersecting the hollow hole 2 from the surface of the hole 2, the groove 3 is excavated to a depth where the upper end of the hollow hole 2 opens.

Furthermore, the upper porous plate-like body 1a after lamination
The groove 3 formed in the hollow hole 2 may be formed parallel to the hollow hole 2 with a slight offset, but in this case, the change in shape tends to be insufficient with this groove alone.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, the method for manufacturing a decorative board of the present invention is as follows:
A plurality of grooves communicating from one end to the other end are formed on the surface of the lower porous plate, and the upper porous plate is laminated on the surface of the lower porous plate having the grooves. By integrating, the upper end openings of the grooves are closed on the lower surface of this upper porous plate-like body to form a plurality of hollow holes, and then a plurality of grooves reaching the hollow holes from the surface of the upper porous plate-like body are formed. This method is characterized by being carved in a direction that intersects the hollow holes, so it is possible to easily form hollow holes and grooves of a desired shape and size, and also to make the connection between these hollow holes and grooves easier. The combinations can be changed in various ways, and the decorative board has a variety of three-dimensional shapes, and the hollow holes and grooves are formed in a step-like manner, so that a decorative board with a solid feel can be obtained.

In addition, the hollow hole communicating from the groove on the surface side becomes a so-called long-tube resonator and exhibits a sound-dampening effect similar to that of a Helmholtz resonator, and the side wall of the hollow hole is formed in a stepped shape as described above. To obtain a decorative board that can effectively diffuse sound and absorb sound, and that has excellent strength because the protrusions formed between adjacent grooves act as reinforcing ribs. Furthermore, the manufacturing process is simple and production efficiency can be improved.
