As a means for solving the above problems, the present invention extends a pair of side walls 6, 7 facing each other among the four side walls to form folded walls 8, 9. After folding the top and pasting decorative paper to create a pasted box, half-cut portions 10 of an appropriate length are provided inward from both ends of the lower sides of the pair of side walls 6 and 7, which will be located on the outside. By making a cut line 11 from the tip of the half-cut portion 10 to the upper end of each of the side walls 6, 7, it is possible to cut through the decorative paper at both ends of the pair of side walls 4, 5, which are different from the side walls 6, 7. The half-cut portion 10 is fixed to the side walls 6 and 7 on the side forming the folded walls 8 and 9.
This paper proposes a pasted box formed by forming separate pieces 12 that are connected via a chisel.

By folding back the side wall to which the separation piece is fixed inward, folding the folded wall onto the continuous side wall, and unfolding the side wall, the whole can be folded flat. When assembling this, the continuous side walls of the folded wall can be vertically erected, and then the folded wall can be folded inward.

訳である。 In the figure, 1 is the lid of the box according to the present invention, and 2 is the body of the box. The lid 1 and body 2 are made as follows. First, the cardboard is cut into the shape shown in FIG. 2 (the portion shown by the imaginary line has not been formed at this stage). That is, there are side walls 4 above and below the base surface 3,
5 is formed, and side walls 6 and 7 are formed on the left and right sides thereof. Then, the side walls 6 and 7 are extended, and folded walls 8 and 9 having substantially the same shape as them are provided. Broken lines indicate folding lines. When a decorative paper is pasted and a box is made using this in a conventional manner, the side walls 6 and 7 will be double layered. Therefore, the half cut portion 10 and the cut line 11 are provided only on the outer side walls 6 and 7. That is, half-cut portions 10 are formed from both lower ends of the side walls 6, 7, and a cut line 11 is made from the tips of the half-cut portions 10 to the upper ends of the side walls 6, 7. The half-cut portion 10 is formed at an angle of 45 degrees with respect to the lower sides of the side walls 6 and 7. Moreover, the linear shape of the cut line 11 is arbitrary, and does not necessarily have to be a polygonal line as illustrated. In this way, the separation piece 12 separated by the half cut part 10 and the notch part 11 is fixed to the side walls 4 and 5 during the production of the above-mentioned box, and the side walls 6 and 7 are formed by bendable half cuts. They are connected only through section 10 (see FIG. 3). When the folded walls 8, 9 and the side walls 6, 7 are unfolded from the state shown in FIG. 3, the side walls 4, 5 are pulled inward through the half-cut portion 10 and folded. Therefore, by folding the folded walls 8 and 9 onto the side walls 6 and 7 while sandwiching the separation piece 12, the entire structure can be made flat (see FIG. 4). Since it can be transported and stored in this state, it is possible to transport and store it without wasting space.

ことはなく、箱形状が維持される。 When assembling this, the folded walls 8 and 9 are slightly opened and the side walls 6 and 7 are stood up vertically, and the side walls 4 and 5 are raised up through the half-cut portion 10 of the separation piece 12, and the entire side wall is raised up. stands vertically. Therefore, the folded walls 8 and 9 are folded back inside the side walls 6 and 7 to form a double wall. Since the folding walls 8 and 9 fit tightly between the side walls 4 and 5, they do not fold back to the unfolded state, and the box shape is maintained.
