As shown in the figure, a release paper 1 wound into a roll is continuously fed out, and a resin 5 (for example, polyurethane resin) for forming synthetic leather is coated with a uniform thickness by a knife 3 on a roller 2. be done. When the release paper 1 passes through the heater 7, the resin layer 5a formed on the release paper 1 is dried and hardened. The release paper 1 is further fed, and an adhesive 8 (for example, a polyurethane adhesive) is applied onto the resin layer 5a by a knife 11 on a roller 10. On the other hand, a base fabric 12 (for example, woven fabric, non-woven fabric, foamed polyurethane fabric, etc.) wound into a roll is continuously supplied and adhered to the adhesive layer 8a of the release paper 1 by a pressure roller 13. When the release paper 1 and the base fabric 12 pass through the heater 15, the adhesive layer 8a is dried and hardened, and the resin layer 5a is firmly adhered to the base fabric 12 via the adhesive layer 8a.
Next, while peeling off the release paper 1 at the position where it exits the opposing roller 16, the base fabric 12, adhesive layer 8a, and resin layer 5 are removed.

While being in close contact with each other in this way, the resin layer 5a is heated by the heater 7 to dry and harden.
The unevenness 5b of the synthetic leather is maintained.

Among color patterns, so-called blurred patterns in which the shading gradually changes are difficult to produce using the above-mentioned textile printing methods. Furthermore, conventionally, colored patterns had to be created in a completely separate process from the uneven patterns.

While the unevenness 6 of the roller 2 is in contact with the release paper 1, the release paper 1 has an unevenness 1c, and the resin layer 5a is formed along the unevenness 5c. The roller 2 rotates and the unevenness 6 becomes the release paper 1.
When separated from the release paper 1, the unevenness 1c of the release paper 1 stretches and becomes flat, and the unevenness 5c of the resin layer 5a also gradually becomes flat. At this time, thickness unevenness occurs in the resin layer 5a centering around the unevenness 5c. Next, the resin layer 5a is heated by the heater 7, and the resin layer 5a is dried and hardened while the thickness unevenness is flattened but still remains. After the resin layer 5a is bonded to the base fabric 12, the release paper 1 is peeled off to complete synthetic leather. Due to the uneven thickness of the resin layer 5a, the resulting synthetic leather has a shading pattern.
以下、本発明の実施例を詳細に説明する。 Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below.

る。 As shown in FIG. 1, a convex portion 6 is formed on the surface of the roller 2. As shown in FIG. Note that the convex portion 6 may be a concave portion or an uneven portion as desired. The release paper 1 moves as the roller 2 rotates, hits the roller 2, and is pushed by the convex portion 6 to form a concave portion 1c. A resin 5 is applied to one side 1A of the release paper 1 using a knife 3.
The resulting resin layer 5a has recesses 5c along the recesses 1c of the release paper 1. The roller 2 rotates and the convex portion 6
When separated from the release paper 1, the recesses 1c of the release paper 1 stretch due to tension, and the recesses 5c of the resin layer 5a gradually become flat with a slight delay due to viscosity. The thickness may become uneven. When the resin layer 5a is heated by the heater 7,
Even though it is flattened, it dries and hardens with uneven thickness.

Other than that, a shading pattern can be applied to the synthetic leather in the same manner as in the embodiment shown in FIG. In the example shown in FIG. 2, if it is desired to add a pattern to only a part of the long synthetic leather sheet, it is sufficient to insert the uneven material 9 only in the necessary part. Further, the pattern can be easily changed by simply changing the intervening uneven object 9.

The resin layer 5a has projections and depressions 5b formed in the same manner as the projections and depressions 1b. On the other hand, unevenness 1c is formed on the release paper 1 following the unevenness 6, and unevenness 5c is also formed on the resin layer 5a following the unevenness 1c. The unevenness 5c has an uneven thickness as explained in the example of FIG. As a result, the synthetic leather has both uneven and blurred patterns.

If an uneven object 9 is inserted between the two (see Fig. 2),
As in the example shown in FIG. 3 above, both an uneven pattern and a shading pattern can be added to the synthetic leather.

As explained above, according to the synthetic leather molding method to which the present invention is applied, it is now possible to easily create a shading pattern that is difficult to create using conventional printing methods that create colored patterns. In addition, conventionally, the patterning by printing was done in a completely separate process from the uneven pattern, but the method of the present invention makes it possible to add different patterns in one process, which saves labor. Become. In addition, it is easy to add a pattern to the synthetic leather while it is being formed, change the pattern, or stop adding the pattern, making it suitable for a wide variety of production.
