[Industrial Application Field] The present invention is an alkaline cleaning composition, more specifically, it has excellent cleaning power against denatured oil stains and carbonized stains, and the cleaning power does not decrease even in diluted cleaning. The present invention relates to an alkaline cleaning composition having excellent characteristics. [Prior art] Neutral kitchen detergents such as those disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-38506 are used to clean food oil, animal oil, and other oil stains adhering to tableware. Neutral kitchen detergents cannot have a sufficient cleaning effect on sticky oil stains and burnt-on oil stains that have been heat-denatured, photo-denatured, or oxidized denatured food oils and animal oils that adhere to microwave ovens and the like.
To prevent such denatured oil stains,
A strong alkaline household detergent as shown in Publication No. 11688 is used. That is, cleaning compositions comprising alkali agents such as ammonia, monoethanolamine, and sodium hydroxide, water-soluble solvents such as cellosolve and carbitol, and surfactants have been used. Further, when heat-denatured, photo-denatured, or oxidation-denatured oil stains are further denatured by heating, they become carbonized stains. This carbonized dirt includes not only food oil and food oil, but also protein and carbohydrate foods that have been carbonized due to boiling over and dripping during cooking, and can be found around gas ranges, inside grills, in ovens and oven pans, etc. This can spoil the aesthetic appearance and the finished product of cooked products. To clean such carbonized dirt, abrasives (materials) such as powder cleansers, soap pads, steel wool, nylon scrubbers, metal scrubbers, and cleaning agents collectively called oven cleaners are used. [Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the case of abrasives (materials), since the main action is physical, a great deal of effort is required to obtain a sufficient cleaning effect on carbonized dirt. Not only that, but there is a risk of damaging the substrate surface.
In addition, strong alkaline household detergents cannot clean carbonized stains, and oven cleaners are used to chemically clean these stains, but the alkaline agents used are inorganic alkaline agents or Since the organic alkaline agent is used alone, when it comes into contact with dirt, its effectiveness rapidly decreases due to the neutralization effect with the oil dirt, so that a sufficient cleaning effect cannot be obtained. [Means for Solving the Problems] Therefore, the inventor of the present invention conducted extensive research to solve the problems of conventional cleaning products, and found that a specific inorganic alkaline agent and organic By combining alkaline agents in a specific ratio,
The present invention was completed based on the discovery that it is possible to obtain an alkaline detergent that has sufficient cleaning power against denatured oil stains and carbonized stains, and whose cleaning power does not decrease even in diluted cleaning. That is, the present invention comprises the following components (a) to (d): (a) 3 to 10% by weight of an anionic surfactant and/or nonionic surfactant; (b) ethylene glycol ether and diethylene glycol ether. The alkaline cleaning composition of the present invention is effective against denatured oil stains and carbonized stains due to the alkaline buffering capacity obtained by blending a specific inorganic alkali agent and an organic alkali agent in a specific ratio with a surfactant and a water-soluble solvent. It has an excellent property that it shows sufficient cleaning power against the water and does not lose its cleaning power even in diluted cleaning. [Examples] The present invention will be explained below with reference to Examples, but the present invention is not limited to these Examples. Example 1 The detergency against model stains, dilution detergency, and alkaline buffering capacity of the formulations shown in Table 1 were investigated by the following methods. The results are shown in Table-1. [Creation of model stain] Two egg yolks (35 g), 10 g of sugar, and 10 g of soy sauce were stirred well, applied on an iron plate, and heated until the coated material was carbonized. [Cleaning power test method] 1 g of the cleaning oil composition at a set concentration was applied to the model stain, and after being left for 10 minutes, it was wiped off with a cloth to remove the cleaning agent composition and stain removal was determined. 〇: Complete stain removal 〇~△: Approximately 75% stain removal △: Approximately 50% stain removal △~×: Not much stain removed ×: Not removed at all [Method for measuring alkaline buffering capacity] Cleaning composition Pour 100ml into a 200ml glass beaker, set up a PH electrode, add 5% hydrochloric acid dropwise using a beaker, and add until the PH becomes 7 or less.
The amount of hydrochloric acid consumed was shown. The greater the consumption of 5% hydrochloric acid, the better the alkaline buffering capacity.

Example 2 Using the composition of the present invention and comparative products shown in Table 2, the detergency against various stains was investigated. The results are shown in Table-2. The products of the present invention were washed under the conditions of Example 1, and the comparative products were washed according to the instructions for use. In addition, dirt around the microwave oven was visually determined to remove dirt from the target surface after cleaning.
