An envelope (bag-like body) made of a synthetic membrane (e.g., rubber-coated cloth) is attached to at least the river bed in the direction across the river, and an expansion medium such as air or water is supplied from an inlet/exhaust (water) pipe communicating inside the envelope. It is designed to send fluid to expand and stand up, and also discharge fluid from the inside of the envelope to cause it to contract and fall down (for example,

In other words, a floating film F is formed (if there is no or little water on the downstream side, the film collapses and does not form a floating film). Note that FIG. 3b shows a state in which the fluid is being discharged.

I was afraid. Furthermore, even if the floating membrane were toppled over, there was a risk that it would be rolled up by the screw and similarly damaged.

In undulating weirs, envelopes made of flexible membrane material are installed at least in two rows in the direction across the flow on the floor of a river, etc., and air or water is injected into the interior of the envelope to inflate. The upper surface integrated with the foundation concrete is provided with an uneven surface in which at least some or all of the convex portions are curved surfaces, so that when a weir or sluice gate is down, the flexible membrane that covers it is shaped into the uneven surface, thereby reducing the length of the floating membrane. It is characterized by being shortened or eliminated.

This prevents scratches from occurring when pressed against the surface.

An undulating weir or sluice gate made of a flexible membrane is also conceivable, the upper surface of which is integrated with the watertight sheet between the attachment intervals, provided with irregularities in which at least some or all of the convex portions are curved surfaces. Compared to this case, the present invention does not require any special processing on the watertight sheet, and also has the advantage that on-site installation work is less frequent.

The length along the uneven surface between B (represented by AB) is long, and the flexible membrane is exposed to AB due to the external pressure higher than the internal pressure when the weir collapses, so the conventional floating length can be shortened. , it is possible to lose it. This state is shown in FIG. 1b.

It is also possible to provide unevenness in which part or all of the surface is a curved surface. This is shown in FIG. 2 (the imaginary line indicates the time of envelope contraction).

The membrane will not be damaged by screws or the like (for example, see Figure 2).
