圧器用コア組立体に関する。

従来から1次コイルおよび2次コイルを、コイ
ル軸線が一致するようにしてボビンまたはコアに
巻き付け、この1次コイルと2次コイルの間にパ
スコアあるいはシヤントコアと称する板状あるい
は棒状のコアを配置して漏洩変圧器を構成したも
のが知られている。しかし従来のこの種の変圧器
用コアは珪素鋼板を積層した形式のものであつ
て、製造がやつかいであり、また全体形状が比較
的大きく、鉄損も大きい。特に高い周波数で使用
する場合は鉄損の影響が大きく、効率低下となる

形フエライトコア1は長方形の背柱壁2の両端に
角形の外側脚3,4が連結され、また背柱壁2の
中央に外側脚3,4とほぼ同じ長さの円柱形の中
央脚5が形成されている。中空のフエライトコア
即ちリングコア6は中心に貫通孔7を有する円筒
形のコアである。2個のE形フエライトコア1,
1′がそれらの脚部3と3′,4と4′および5と
5′を互いに向き合うように全体として日字形に
組み合せられ、その中央脚5,5′先端付近にリ
ングコア6が挿入され、第2図に示す如く、各中
央脚5,5′にそれぞれ1次コイル8、2コイル
9が巻き付けられ、これによつて漏洩変圧器が構

の端面図である。板状の背柱壁2の両端に板状の
外側脚3,4が連接されているところは第1図で
説明した従来例と同じであるが、第4図の実施例
では中央脚5が小判貨幣の断面となつている。即
ち外側脚3,4に対面する両側部分が外側脚の板
面と平行な平坦面5a,5bに形成されている。
またリングコア6も、第5図に示すように、前記
中央脚5に対応した一対の平坦面7a,7bをも
つ貫通孔7が形成されている。第6図は第4図に
示したようなE形フエライトコア1,1′を日字
形に組み合せ、その中央脚5,5′の間に第5図
の如きリングコア6を装着したコア組立体の側面
図である。中央脚5または5′の平坦面5aまた
は5bとリングコア6の孔7の平坦面7a,7b
部分とが接触することによりリングコア6が中央
脚に対して回転することがなく、これによつてリ
ングコア6の位置すれが防止される。
