In such a microwave oven, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a suction port 5 (consisting of a large number of punching holes) is provided in the center of the rear wall, and the suction port 5 is blown at evenly upper and lower positions. A structure in which the outlets 6 (consisting of a large number of punching holes) are formed in strips is adopted.

Specifically, in the compartment between the casing 2 and the rear wall, a fan chamber that connects the suction port 5 and each of the air outlets 6 and 6 is formed,
As shown in FIG. 5, a hot air circulating fan 3 is provided in the fan chamber so as to face the suction port 5, and a substantially annular heater 4 is arranged between the outer peripheral portion of the fan and the outlets 6, 6. Adopted. However, the hot air circulating fan 3 is rotated by a fan motor 3a provided outside the casing 2.

Then, by operating the hot air circulation fan 3 and the heater 4, the air in the heating chamber 1 is sucked from the suction port 5 to heat it into hot air, and then it is blown into the heating chamber 1 from the outlets 6 and 6. The hot air is circulated.

However, these microwave ovens have a hot air circulation fan 3
Has a problem in that the hot air from the air outlets 6, 6 is biased toward the rotational direction side and is blown out. For this reason, uneven burning is likely to occur due to the unbalance of the hot air amounts on the left and right of the air outlets 6, 6. Specifically, when the rotating direction of the hot air circulation fan 3 is left, the left side of the upper outlet 6 indicated by A and the right side of the lower outlet 6 indicated by D are:
The amount of hot air tends to increase compared to the other portions indicated by B and C, and the uneven heat causes uneven food baking on the shelves 17, 17.

Therefore, recently, as shown in Japanese Patent Application No. 61-147540 filed by the present applicant, there has been proposed a device in which hot air is blown out uniformly from a blowout port using an air conditioning plate.

As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, a strip-shaped air conditioning plate 10 is provided in a substantially radial pattern on the vicinity of the outer periphery of the hot air circulating fan 3 and on the fan reverse rotation direction side of the air outlet 6. The structure is used. It should be noted that in FIG. 6 to FIG. 8, the entire air-conditioning plate 10 is shown as a first air-conditioning plate portion 10a that crosses the outlet 6.
And a second air rectifying plate portion 10b that traverses the inside of the heater 4 are shown.

Then, the air conditioning plate 10 guides the hot air from the hot air circulation fan 3 toward the fan reverse rotation direction side of the air outlet 6 so as to make the amount of hot air from the air outlet 6 uniform (the first air conditioning plate portion 10a).

However, such a structure that equalizes the amount of hot air has a drawback that variations in the attachment of the hot air circulation fan 3 and the air rectifying plate 10 cause uneven burning to appear.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) That is, since the point S of the tip end portion of the second air-conditioning plate portion 10b (the portion to be the tip end of the air-conditioning plate 10) becomes the point of adjusting the hot air,
The fixed dimension between the point S at the tip of the air conditioning plate 10 and the shortest part T of the hot air circulating fan 3 (a constant dimension that is important for making the uneven burning uniform) is determined by mounting the hot air circulating fan 3 or the air conditioning plate 10. If it fluctuates, the amount of hot air flowing to the left and right sides of the air conditioning plate 10 will be greatly changed. Especially, hot air circulation fan 3, air conditioning plate 10
It is difficult to keep the dimension between S and T constant due to the variation in the attachment of No. 1, which is a factor that causes a large burning unevenness between products.

(Embodiment) Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on an embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. The drawings show the main parts of the present invention, and the structure other than the main parts of the present invention is the same as FIGS. 6 and 4 described in the above-mentioned "Prior Art", and therefore the description will be shared. Specifically, the tip end of the second air rectifying plate portion 10b provided in the vicinity of the outer periphery of the hot air circulation fan 3 is extended to the hot air circulation fan 3 side, and the hot air circulation fan 3 moves from the original tip portion S to the hot air circulation fan 3 side. A structure in which the angle θ is inclined toward the fan rotation direction side with respect to the line connecting the axes is used. As a result, a bent portion 15 is formed at the tip of the second air rectifying plate portion 10b along the rotation direction of the hot air circulation fan 3 so as to bend in a substantially V shape. And
The second air rectifying plate 10b is such that hot air with the most uniform dimension between V and T can be obtained with reference to the intermediate portion V between the point S which is the base of the bent portion 15 and the point U which is the tip. The distance is set so that good baking can be obtained.

Then, when cooking food (not shown) using the hot air circulation type microwave oven configured as described above, the shelf 17 on which the food (not shown) is placed as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6 is used. Set on each of the upper and lower shelf supports 18,18. Then, after closing the door 9, the operation section (not shown) is operated. As a result, the fan motor 3a and the heater 4 are energized, and the hot air circulation fan 3 that rotates leftward is rotated.
Then, first, the central air in the heating chamber 1 is sucked into the casing 2 through the suction port 5. Next, a counterclockwise air vortex is drawn and flows out to the inside of the casing 2, whereupon it is heated by the heater 4 and becomes hot air. Then, this hot air guides the inclined surfaces of the inclined portions 2a, 2a, and the hot air blows through the outlets 6, 6 to the door 9
It is blown out to the side.

Here, the blowing direction of the hot air tends to be biased by the counterclockwise vortex generated inside the casing 2, but due to the rectifying action of the air rectifying plate 10 (action of induction and fine adjustment), each A,
Part of the hot air flowing toward the D point side is guided to the B and C point sides. As a result, the amount of hot air blown out from points B and C of each outlet 6, 6 is increased, and the amount of hot air blown out from points A and D is adjusted accordingly to decrease, and a uniform amount of hot air is obtained. It will be sent into the heating chamber 1.

Then, as shown by the arrows in FIG. 6, each hot air is sucked into the suction port 5 and circulates above the upper shelf 17, below the lower shelf 17, and further between the shelves 17, 17. The hot air heats the food.

Here, it is feared that the air conditioning plate 10 for adjusting the amount of hot air is greatly affected by variations in the installation of the hot air circulation fan 3 and the air conditioning plate 10, and the amount of hot air changes greatly.

However, according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the air-conditioning plate 10 is provided with the bent portion 15 at the front end thereof, and the adjustment point is a surface instead of a point. This means that even if the mounting of the hot air circulation fan 3 or the air conditioning plate 10 varies to some extent, the amount of hot air on the left and right sides of the air conditioning plate 10 does not change much.

Therefore, it is possible to minimize variations in baking unevenness between products. Moreover, since only the bent portion 15 is provided, the structure is simple and the cost is advantageous.
