TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a method for producing a slip-resistant synthetic resin molded article. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing a molded product in which a slippery synthetic resin molded product is coated with an anti-slip material to prevent slippage.

Synthetic resin molded products have excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, etc., and since they can be molded with high strength, they are widely used in place of wood and metal. It is often used for large molded products such as pallets used for transporting and storing plastics. However, in particular, the polyolefin-based resin has the above-mentioned characteristics, but has a drawback that it is slippery, and when it is used in a pallet or the like, it is slippery and there is a risk of collapse of the load during handling or storage. For this reason, methods of forming irregularities on the surface, fitting rubber or other belt-shaped non-slip material after molding, and welding are used (Japanese Patent Publication Nos. 62-26894 and 61-29861).

In the case of molded products with anti-slip material, especially if it is a large-sized molded product, if one example is a pallet, one side is usually 900-1500 m.
It is a square or rectangle of m, and even if molds of the same size are used, there are subtle variations in the size of the molded product due to process control (annealing, heat shrinkage, etc.) after molding, and there may be slight differences due to differences in the molding line. A difference occurs, for example, the dimensional difference is 0.
It ranges from 5 to 4 mm. Therefore, a band-shaped non-slip material is adhered to the deck board surface (usually in the case of a polyolefin resin, it is fixed by heat welding, but an adhesive may be used depending on the resin. In the following, it is referred to as adhesion including these).
When doing so, it is difficult to attach the slip-resistant material so that it is accurately matched from one end to the other end of each deck board. That is, it is difficult to carry out the work manually, and when it is automated to improve the manufacturing efficiency, it is difficult due to the above-mentioned dimensional difference. Therefore, in the prior art as described above, the edge of the deck board is usually 10 to 50 mm as shown in FIG.
Some parts are left and attached. Therefore, not only is the anti-slip effect not sufficient, but if the continuous strip-shaped anti-slip material is continuously applied while cutting out the pallet sequentially and cut as described above, there will be variations in the adhesive strength near both ends of the anti-slip material. However, there is a problem that the cut surface is liable to have a defective shape, and that the cut surface is easily peeled off and peeled off depending on use.

The object of the present invention is to solve such conventional problems, and to easily and reliably attach the non-slip material over the entire length from the end to the end of the surface of the molded product, and further It is an object of the present invention to provide a method which is free from the drawbacks of turning over and peeling off, has a high anti-slip effect, and can be easily obtained with a good finished appearance, and can be advantageously applied to the automation of the sticking operation.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the method of the present invention comprises forming the above-mentioned strip-shaped or string-shaped non-slip material (2) in producing a synthetic resin molded article having a strip-shaped or string-shaped non-slip material on its surface. After sticking in a predetermined position with a little surplus (2a) from the edge line (1a) on the surface of the product body, the surplus (2a) from the molded product body side toward the edge line (1a) This is a method for producing a slip-resistant synthetic resin molded article by forming an inclined surface (2b) and cutting and removing it.

As the anti-slip material used in the present invention, a known string-shaped or strip-shaped anti-slip material such as synthetic rubber or synthetic resin usually used for pallets and the like can be applied, and a material that can be directly heat-welded to a molded product is preferable. . For example, blends of ethylene / propylene / diene rubber and linear low-density polyethylene (JP-A-58-90918), low-density polyethylene, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymers, ethylene / ethyl acrylate copolymers, other thermoplastics The material such as rubber is not particularly limited. When the molded product is a pallet that uses a polyolefin resin, heat welding is used as the sticking means.
Needless to say, other resins may be bonded with an adhesive or the like. In any case, it is essential that they be firmly bonded. Further, it is desirable that the length of the surplus portion (2a) is as short as possible within the range of easy cutting, and for example, in the case of a pallet, it is preferably about 5 to 50 mm. Usually, because the length of the pallet is cut to a length that includes the surplus, it is necessary to prepare a product that is too long. If the surplus is too small, the pallet length is too long. The length of the pallet may be shorter than the length of the pallet due to the unevenness of the pallet, which makes it difficult to achieve the object of the present invention.

After attaching, when cutting and removing the surplus, as shown in FIG. 1, a slanted surface 2b is formed from the main body side toward the edge line 1a and cut, but this angle θ is smaller than a right angle. It is important to prevent peeling due to being caught during use. In the case of a pallet, it is preferable to select in the range of 10 to 70 °, for example. The cutting can be performed by an automatic device by fixing the pallet to an appropriate device and using a cutter having a jig whose angle is determined.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, the non-slip material can be finished easily and with good appearance over the entire length without leaving an end on the surface of the required portion of the molded product as in the past and regardless of the dimensional variation of the molded product. Can be applied to. Since the applied anti-slip material has a slope, it does not peel off from the end and is applied over the entire length of the surface of the main body, so the anti-slip effect is ensured. Further, since the surplus is taken and the cutting is performed toward the edge line of the main body, the cutting operation is easy and there is no fear of damaging the main body at the time of cutting. Since the welding operation can be automated relatively easily, it is advantageous from the viewpoint of production efficiency.
