(Prior Art) In recent years, even small boats equipped with outboard motors often travel long distances and long hours, and as a result, large-capacity fuel tanks have been installed. Came. The hatch opening of the fuel tank chamber that houses this large-capacity fuel tank needs to be made large according to the size of the fuel tank, and the hatch cover also becomes large accordingly. It will take time and effort for handling such as installation and removal. Also, the larger the opening of the hatch, the weaker it becomes in terms of strength, so it is necessary to make a strong structure to compensate for it.

(Object of the Invention) The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks. The hatch cover of the fuel tank chamber in which a large-capacity fuel tank is mounted is downsized, and the hatch cover can be easily handled. The structure of the fuel tank chamber is provided.

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention is a hull formed by combining a hull member and a deck member with FRP, respectively, and forming a fuel tank chamber in which a fuel tank is installed between the deck and the bottom,
An opening of a size large enough for the fuel tank to pass through is formed on the deck in the upper part of the fuel tank chamber, and a combing member for covering the opening is detachably attached to the peripheral edge of the opening and the attached state In the above, the combing members are coupled to each other so that the deformation of the peripheral portion of the opening is suppressed, and the opening having a width narrower than the width of the fuel tank is formed in the combing member. A recessed portion that is recessed downward is formed in the portion, the upper end of the fuel tank fuel pipe is attached to this recessed portion, and the hatching cover that covers the opening and the upper side of the fuel pipe is attached to the combing member. The upper surface of this hatch cover is formed to be substantially flat.

In the above configuration, since a combing member is attached to the large opening formed in the deck for inserting and removing the fuel tank and the deformation of the peripheral portion of the opening is suppressed by the combing member, the large opening is small. Despite being formed, the decrease in hull strength is small. Further, when inspecting the fuel tank chamber, it is only necessary to open and close the hatch cover for the small opening formed in the combing member, so that the hatch cover can be easily opened and closed. In addition, the hatch cover covers the upper side of the oil supply pipe and has a flat upper surface, so that it can protect the oil supply pipe and obstruct other people such as extra protrusions when moving on the hatch cover. There is no.

(Embodiment) In FIGS. 1 and 2, a hull 100 is constituted by a hull member 2 and a deck member 3 which are integrally molded by FRP and are combined at their peripheral portions. A longe member 21 is provided on the bottom 20 of the ship, a fuel tank 8 is installed on the longe member 21 at the center of the stern, and a partition wall 7 around the long member 21 forms a fuel tank chamber 4 between the deck 30 and the bottom 20 of the ship. A battery chamber 5 and a storage case 6 are formed on both sides thereof with a partition wall 7 therebetween. The partition wall 7 is formed with a reinforcing portion 71 having a thick plate thickness, and the fuel tank 8 is fixed to the reinforcing portion 71 by bands 73 having both ends fixed.

Openings are formed in the upper portions of the fuel tank 5 and the storage case 6 by hatching combings 51, 61, and hatch covers 50, 60 are attached to the hatching combings 51, 61, respectively. A supporting portion 70 is formed on the upper end of the partition wall 7, and the hatch combing 51, 61 is formed on the upper surface of the supporting portion 70.
A hatch combing (combing member) 9 is attached.

The hatch combing 9 is detachably fixed by a set screw 10, and has an opening 90 and a recess 97 smaller than the opening formed by the supporting portion 70 of the partition wall. Further, an upper end portion of an oil supply pipe 80 for the fuel tank 8 penetrates and is attached to the recess 97 of the hatch coaming 9. The hatch cover 40 is attached so as to cover the opening 90 and the recess 97.

In the above configuration, when the fuel tank 8 is installed, the set screw 10 is removed to remove the hatch coaming 9, and the fuel tank 8 is inserted through the large opening formed by the support portion 70. After installation, the hatch combing 9 is attached to form a small opening 90. When checking the inside of the fuel tank chamber 4 or the like, only the hatch cover 40 needs to be opened and closed. Therefore, the hatch cover which is often opened and closed is relatively small, which is convenient for handling. Further, when the hatch combing 9 is attached, the hatch combing 9 is coupled to each other so that the deformation of the peripheral portion of the opening is suppressed, and the hatch combing 9 has an opening having a width narrower than the width of the fuel tank. Therefore, the opening for weakening the strength is small, and the strength of the hull is not significantly reduced. Further, the hatch combing (combing member) 9 holds the upper end portion of the oil supply pipe 80 so as not to project to the upper surface, and the hatch cover 40 covers the upper portion of the oil supply pipe 80. In addition, there is an advantage that double protection is provided to prevent rainwater from entering the oil supply pipe.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, a combing member is attached to a large opening formed in a deck for taking in and out a fuel tank, and the deformation of the peripheral portion of the opening is suppressed by the combing member. As a result, the decrease in hull strength is small despite the large opening. Further, when inspecting the fuel tank chamber, it is only necessary to open and close the hatch cover for the small opening formed in the combing member, so that the hatch cover can be easily opened and closed. Furthermore, since the hatch cover also covers the upper side of the refueling pipe and has a flat upper surface, it can protect the refueling pipe, and also obstruct other people such as extra protrusions when moving on the hatch cover. There is no.
