〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は内燃機関用点火配電器の遠心進角装置に関す
る。 〔従来の技術〕 従来のものは、ガバナウェイトに働く遠心力と釣り合う
ばね力を発生するコイルスプリングの両端のC字状の係
合部がハンガーピンに係合され、この係合部の金属どお
しの接触により起る摩耗を防ぐため、ハンガーピンの表
面硬度を上げるための熱処理したり、ハンガーピンとス
プリングとの係合部に樹脂ブッシュを介在させたりして
いる(例えば、実開昭57−35464号公報)。 〔発明が解決しようとする問題点〕 ところが、上述した従来のものでは、いずれもスプリン
グの組付性が悪いという問題があった。 そこで本発明は、係合部の摩耗が少なく、スプリングの
組付性が良好なことを目的とする。 〔問題点を解決するための手段〕 そのため本発明は、内燃機関により駆動される入力側シ
ャフトと、この入力側シャフトの回転に伴う遠心力に応
動して動作するガバナウェイトと、このガバナウェイト
の動作に応じて前記入力側シャフトに対して進角する出
力側シャフトと、両端にC字状の係合部を有し前記ガバ
ナウェイトに働く遠心力と釣り合うばね力を発生するコ
イルスプリングと、前記C字状の係合部の内径より小さ
な外形寸法にて先端に形成した爪部およびの爪部より根
本側に向って前記C字状の係合部の内径より大きな外形
寸法まで次第に拡大する肩部を有する金属製のハンガ
と、前記肩部の前記C字状の係合部の内径より小さな外
形寸法の部分の外周に嵌合されると共に前記C字状の係
合部の内径より小さな外形寸法を有していて外周にこの
C字状の係合部が係合する首部、およびこの首部の先端
に前記C字状の係合部の内径より大きな外形寸で形成さ
れ前記爪部によって抜け止めされたつば部を有する樹脂
ブッシュとを備える内燃機関用点火配電器の遠心進角装
置を提供するものである。 〔作用〕 これにより、ハンガにコイルスプリングのC字状の係合
部を組み付け、樹脂ブッシュをハンガに押し込むことに
よってハンガの肩部と樹脂ブッシュのつば部とによって
C字状の係合部の移動が規制されて樹脂ブッシュの首部
の外周にC字状の係合部が係合する。 〔実施例〕 以下本発明を図に示す実施例について説明する。第1図
ないし第4図において、1は内燃機関により駆動される
金属製の入力側シャフトで、図示しない配電器ハウジン
グに回転自在に支持されている。2は入力側シャフト1
に固着された金属製の保持プレート、3は保持プレート
2上に回動可能に枢着された金属製の一対のガバナウェ
イト、4は入力側シャフト1の保持プレート2上より突
出する部分に回動可能に嵌着した金属製の出力側シャフ
ト、6は保持プレート2に面して出力側シャフト4の下
端に固着した金属製のガバナプレートである。7は各ガ
バナウェイト3に働く遠心力とそれぞれ釣り合うばね力
を発生する金属製のコイルスプリングで、その両端には
C字状の係合部7aが形成されている。8は保持プレー
ト2上に植立固着あるいは、保持プレート2を折り曲げ
て形成した金属製の一対のハンガで、その先端にはコイ
ルスプリングのC字状の係合部7aの内径dより小さ
な外形寸法lの爪部8aが形成され、さらにこの爪部
8aの下端より一たんくびれた後、根本的に向ってC字
状の係合部7aの内径dより大きな外形寸法まで次第
に拡大する曲面形状(傾斜面形状でもよい)の肩部8b
が形成されている。9は樹脂ブッシュで、C字状の係合
部7aの内径dより若干小さな外形を有し下端が次第
に径小となる曲面部を有する首部9aと、この首部9a
の上端にC字状の係合部7aの内径dより大きな外形
寸法で形成されたつば部9bとを有しており、このつば
部9bにはハンガ8の爪部8aの外形寸法lより若干
小さい係合穴9cが形成され、この係合穴9cは首部9
a側に貫通していて、この係合穴9cはハンガ8の肩部
8bの爪部8a側の形状に沿った形状に形成されてい
て、首部9aの外周にコイルスプリング7の一端のC字
状の係合部7aが係合された状態で樹脂ブッシュ9はハ
ンガ8の先端に嵌着されている。10はガバナプレート
