In the conventional apparatus described above, the cutting is performed according to the relationship shown in FIG. 13, that is, FIG.
No. 18 is required to have sufficient adhesive strength to withstand the cutting resistance with the adhesive strip 056.
In the winder disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 25554, a special adhesive was applied with a thickness of about 1 mm, but it had the following drawbacks.

That is, when a considerable length of the inner layer of the rolled up mill roll was rewound due to the influence of the adhesive strip 056, unevenness 057 was generated as shown in FIG. 16 and the product was not obtained. Further, it is difficult to completely peel off the adhesive strip 056, and when the core 018 is repeatedly used, the adhesive remains on the surface of the core 018, causing serious irregularities, which increases the aforementioned defects. Further, the cut end is folded back, and the certainty of cutting is low due to the relation between the adhesive force and the sharpness of the cutter, and it is difficult to handle for core reuse, and there are many losses of the web W at the winding start part. there were.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the present invention, an adhesive remains on the surface of a conventional core, which causes serious irregularities, has a low certainty of cutting, and is difficult to handle for core reuse. The problem is that there is a lot of web loss at the beginning of winding.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, the present invention is a turret type automatic cutting and winding device that automatically cuts and winds a band-shaped material such as a film with a pressing roll and a cutter, and forms the pressing roller and the cutter into a band-shaped material. The cutters are arranged so as to be opposed to each other and rotatable, and the cutter protrudes from the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the new core between the new core in which the strip is not yet wound and the old core in which the strip is wound. The press roll is rotated toward the position to be ready for standby, and the pressing roll is rotated toward the new core to press the same strip against the cutter and at the same time contact the same strip with the new core to cut and rewind. This is a means for solving the problem.

(Operation) In the present invention, the belt-shaped material is pressed against the cutter, which is projected from the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of the newly rotated core and stands by, by the pressing roll to cut the same, and at the same time, the belt-shaped material is transferred to the new core by the pressing roller. Since the tape is rewound by contacting it, scratches on the film surface are prevented to reduce the loss of strips, and the adhesive force can be kept to the minimum necessary for winding the film. Thus, it is possible to wind the film to reduce the unevenness of the core, and to easily remove the adhesive medium such as the adhesive tape to reduce the unevenness of the reused core. Further, the folding of the cut end of the film is prevented, and the action of the pressing roll increases the cutting speed to reliably cut the film.

Next, the operation of the embodiment constructed as described above will be described. FIG. 1 shows a steady winding state. Now, when the predetermined winding length is reached, the turret 7 rotates in the direction of arrow A to the state shown in FIG. 2, the arm 17 then rises, and the cutter 16 reaches the operating position as shown in FIG. New core 5
Starts rotating at a predetermined tuning speed. Winding wire E at this time
In order to minimize the film edge a preceding (Fig. 4), the cutter stop position is controlled so as to be accurately near the winding line E.

Next, the arm 15 is lowered as shown in FIG.
The film 1 is pressed against the cutter 16 at high speed by 3, 14 and cut, and the film 1 is stuck on the core 5 by the roll 13 and rewound. When the rewinding is completed, the arms 15 and 17 are returned to the positions shown in FIG. 5, and a new mill roll 3 is wound on the core 5.

The roll 13 can also serve as a reion roll for controlling the winding hardness of the mill roll during steady winding (state indicated by a chain double-dashed line in FIG. 1). Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the roll 13 is brought into contact with the core 5, and at the same time, the film 1 is cut by the cutter 16.

(Effects of the Invention) As described in detail above, according to the present invention, a belt-like material is pressed by a pressing roll to a cutter that projects from the vicinity of the outer peripheral surface of a newly rotated core and stands by, and at the same time,
Since the belt-shaped material is rewound by contacting the new core with the pressing roll, scratches on the film surface can be prevented and loss of the belt-shaped material can be reduced, and the adhesive force of the film on the core can be wound. The adhesive tape of about 10 μm or less can be used, the cleaning is easy when the core is reused, the irregularities on the surface of the core are small, and the inner film of the mill roll is less damaged.

Further, since the film is cut not by the adhesive force of the core but by pressing it with a roll, the cutting is surely performed in the vicinity of the winding wire E, the film cutting edge preceding the winding wire E is short, and it is not folded back. Since it does not occur, there are advantages such as no trouble during winding, little damage to the mill roll inner layer film, and easy cleaning of the core.
