【発明の詳細な説明】 ［産業上の利用分野］ 本発明は皮膚化粧料、さらに詳しくは、水仕事などによ
る肌あれ（主に手あれ）から皮膚を保護する皮膚化粧料

このようなとくに手あれのひどい職業に従事している人
のための皮膚保護料の技術としては、特公昭48-1503号
公報があるが、このものは比較的高粘度のトリメチルシ
リル未端封鎖ジオリガノシロキサンを使用しシリカなど
を用いて組成物としているため、皮膚に塗布したときに
ベタツキ感が強く、接触物への付着も著しいなどの欠点

［発明が解決しようとする問題点］ 本発明者等は、このような事情にかんがみ、水仕事から
効果的に皮膚を保護（とくに水洗いを繰り返しても保護
効果が失われない）し、且つさっぱりした使用感を有し
ていて接触物への付着も少ない皮膚化粧料を得ることを
目的に鋭意研究を行った結果、特定の有機シリコーン樹
脂を揮発性シリコーン油とともに用いたならば、のびが
よく且つ皮膚に塗布したときにシリコーン油の揮散に伴
ってさっぱりした感触で長時間にわたって皮膚を保護
し、水洗などによっても容易に洗い流されない良好な揆
水皮膜が形成されることを見出し、この知見にもとづい

［問題点を解決するための手段］ すなわち、本発明は下記（Ａ）で示される有機シリコー
ン樹脂１〜９０重量％および下記（Ｂ）で示される揮発
性シリコーン油１０〜９９重量％含有することを特徴と
