Description: TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a playing device for a disc-shaped recording medium.

<Background Art> Disc-shaped recording media, particularly compact discs on which information is digitized and optically recorded, are particularly sensitive to dirt, scratches, or deformation on the recording surface due to the way the information is reproduced.
