では桁部材の本体部1を形成することができ、その本体
部1は山部1aが二山或いは三山程度になるよう折曲すれ
ばよい。その後に、各山部1aを左右端寄りで端末に向っ
て徐々に陥没するようにプレス成形する。この陥没成形
では山部1aの平面から側面の略中腹までを谷部1bと同じ
向きに曲げ込むもので、谷部の底面1bと相俟って自動車
のドアパネルに対する取付板部2,3を形成できるよう

合するよう折込み、或いはドアインナーパネルやピラー

加工を適用することができると共に、軽量で高い強度の
