2. Description of the Related Art A conventional method for arranging bottles in multiple rows and multiple columns on a table conveyor and feeding them onto a pallet is as shown in FIG. By providing the corrugated plate 2 into which the parts are fitted and supplying the bottles 4 in a vertical line by the belt conveyor 3, the bottles 4 flow on the table conveyor 1 and the corrugated plate is corrugated on the body of the bottle 4. Since they are fitted in the zigzag line and are aligned in a zigzag pattern from the center to both sides, they are gripped by the gripper one by one for bulk loading and transferred to the pallet.

However, for flat bottles (both oval or oval in plan view) used for foodstuffs such as dressings or cosmetics, the above method cannot be used for staggered arrangement using corrugated plates because of its shape. Therefore, the invention of a bottle in-line supply method for bulk packaging of bottles of this type has been long awaited.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In bulk packaging, it is possible to use the entire area of the pallet as effectively as possible, that is, to make the space as small as possible to increase the packing density to reduce the packaging cost and stabilize the load. Therefore, the arrangement pattern of round bottles is generally a staggered arrangement in which the packing density is improved and the arrangement is easy. However, with regard to flat bottles, various staggered orthodox columns are thought to require a complicated mechanism and device depending on the shape of the flat bottle, and it is practically impossible for bulk packaging. It is necessary to consider a linear arrangement, that is, a so-called aligned arrangement, in particular, it is necessary to arrange the flat bottles on the table conveyor in a straight line in a simple manner as much as possible and feed them on the pallet. However, no suitable method has been provided so far.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention attaches a so-called bulk packaging of flat bottles to a bottler and supplies it to a bottler. The bottles are arranged in a line on a table conveyor to form one pattern of bottles. It is a method of carrying in bulk on a pallet one after another, and the flat bottles that have been transported in a pressed state with the major axis direction parallel to the flow direction on the belt conveyor by the guides on both sides are spun 90 degrees. Rotate 90 degrees with a screw to send out a specified number of bottles, switch the stacker conveyor to low speed operation just before the top bottle reaches the stopper of the stacker, store these bottles in a row in the pocket guide of the stacker, and close the inlet gate, After stopping the operation of the stacker conveyor, operate the timing bottle to activate the bottle collapse prevention arm and hold the bottle neck while holding the bottle stacker. In the radial direction, that is, in a horizontal row to the starting position on the table conveyor, the bottles in one row are moved forward independently on the conveyor, and the bottles in each row are repeated by a plate at the end of the conveyor or a sequential front row. The method for supplying flat bottles for normal packaging for bulk packaging is characterized in that the bottles are stopped in contact with the bottles, and thus a large number of bottles are arranged in a row on the table conveyor. Following these steps of the present invention, as a known ordinary method of bulk packaging, the gripper holds one bottle of the regular pattern and transfers and places it on a pallet, and this is repeated to place on the pallet. The bottles for one pattern are stacked one after another in a required number of stages, and the bottles are packaged in bulk.

Action As shown in FIG. 1, it is easy to make the major axis direction of the bottle parallel to the flow direction of the conveyor by the guides 12 on both sides while transferring the bottle 14 by the belt conveyor 11. In the present invention, the bottle 14 that has flown in this way is rotated 90 degrees with the 90-degree spin screw 13, and the bottle 14 for a predetermined row is guided to the pocket guide 15 of the stacker and stopped there. It pushes to a starting position on the table conveyor 20 in a direction of 90 degrees with respect to the traveling direction, that is, in the major axis direction of the bottle. As a result, the flat bottle is extremely stable in this direction because the traveling direction and the major axis direction of the bottle are the same, and in the lateral direction, one row of bottles are in close contact with each other. The bottles of No. 2 are hard to tip over, and the top row moves up to the plate at the end of the table conveyor, and each succeeding row moves neatly on the table conveyor until it comes in contact with the back of the front row. It is a relatively simple device and achieves a normal array without damaging the bottles in a short time.

Example A flat-shaped dressing bottle having a long diameter of 74.7 mm and a short diameter of 49.5 mm was aligned and supplied for bulk packaging by this method.
The number of sheets per one stage of bulk loading was 26 and 14 rows with 364. The conveyor line includes a stacker conveyor, a screw conveyor, a conveyor A located upstream of the screw conveyor, and a conveyor B located upstream of the screw conveyor.
A three-step flow control of stop was performed. After operating for 4 days, there was no trouble at all, and it was possible to supply the normal line very favorably.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in the pocket guide 15, the stacker conveyor 17 is provided immediately before the leading bottle 14a reaches the stopper 16 of the stacker 19.
Is changed from high-speed operation to low-speed operation to weaken the impact due to the contact of the subsequent bottle and prevent hit damage. Also, while the stacker 19 is operating at low speed, the timing cam (not shown) activates the bottle collapse prevention arm 22. And bottle 14 as shown
Further, when the final bottle 14b reaches the stacker 19, the entrance gate 18 is closed to prevent the bottle from falling due to the disturbance of the row of bottles, and after the stacker conveyor 17 is stopped, the stacker 19 is operated to Was pushed to the starting position 21 of the bottle on the table conveyor 20. The bottles in one row were unitarily advanced on the table conveyor, and the first row was brought to the plate at the end of the conveyor, and each subsequent row was brought into contact with the back of the front row and stopped to be in the normal row state. Therefore, when the last row for one stage of bulk loading stopped contacting behind the front row and became in a normal row state, the gripper was operated to hold the bottle for one stage and transfer and place it on the pallet. Repeatedly, the required number of stages was stacked on the pallet and subjected to bulk packaging. In FIG. 1, the conveyor downstream of the spin screw 13 is turned to the right for convenience of drawing, but it goes without saying that it may be linear.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, the bottle flows on the conveyor in the direction of its major axis and is rotated by the spin screw immediately before entering the stacker.
It is rotated 0 degree and one row of the normal row contacts the major axis surface and is stored in the pocket guide, so that a large number of bottles can be aligned in one row and the extrusion onto the table conveyor is in the major axis direction. Since one row of bottles integrally advances in the major axis direction, there is no inversion bottle, and it is possible to supply flat bottles on the table conveyor in the normal row and bulk stacking, which have been difficult to achieve in the past. became. In addition, according to the method of the present invention, since the flat bottles can be easily arranged in a normal row without requiring a complicated mechanism or device, there is an extremely great effect that the bulk packaging of the flat bottles can be performed at a low cost.
