飽和ポリエステルが浸透しこれらが自然硬化して外側タ
ンク3を形成し、且つ前記ポリ塩化ビニリデンのシート
部分が約0.2mmの空隙を伴った間隙2を形成するように

等に形成することは技術的に極めて困難な課題であった
が本発明は網シートを巻き付けるという極めて簡単な手
段により上記目的を容易且つ確実に達成でき、更に、従
来、内側タンクの外周に微小間隙を介して外側タンクを
形成することは技術的に極めて困難な課題であったが本
発明においては上記薄肉網シートの外周に布を密巻き
し、これに樹脂を塗布効果して外側タンクを形成するよ
うにしたので、外側タンクを極めて容易確実に形成する
