のアングル部の個所を太くする必要もない。さらに吸引
口の開口面が傾斜して斜め外方を向くので、吸引し易く
なる。また、啖や粘液等を確実に吸引することができる
ので、観察窓に啖や粘液等が付着し、観察に著しい支障
が生ずることを防止することもできる。

づくように緩やかに傾斜させてある。この傾斜した管路
6は、直線管路7に接続してある。また、吸引口5の開
口面を傾斜させて斜め外方を向くように形成してある。
即ち、挿入部1の先端面2を平坦な面に形成せず、吸引
口5の形成された個所を斜めにカットした形状にしてあ
る。このように構成された挿入部1の構造を有する直視
型内視鏡で啖や粘液等を吸引する場合は、内視鏡の手元
操作部(図示せず)において吸引を行うと、啖や粘液等
は通常気管支の内壁に付着しているので、この内壁に近
い位置に開口された吸引口5から傾斜した管路6を通っ
てスムーズに吸引され、体外の内視鏡の排出口から排出
される。

具挿通用管路8を通りこのキャップ10のスリット9か
ら外部に出すことができるようになっている。

ともない。直線管路が挿入部の外周面寄りではなく軸心
寄りにあるため、挿入部、特にアングル部を太くする必
要もない。また、吸引口の開口面を傾斜させて斜め外方
を向くようにしたので、より一層吸引効果が高まる。さ
らに、処置具の挿通を必要とする内視鏡であっても吸引
用の管路を分岐して設け、しかも吸引時には処置具挿通
用管路の開口を閉じておくようにするので、確実な吸引
が行える。
