The amount of resin in the cavity is insufficient, and the amount of resin in the small capacity is excessive, causing the resin to flow from one cavity to another and moving the resin over a long distance, requiring a large pressing force. come.
In addition, a difference in the forming pressure between the cavities causes defects such as warpage in the molded product, and depending on the fluidity of the molten resin and the wall thickness of the molded product, large-capacity cavities may be unfilled or small-capacity cavities. It has a drawback that it causes burr and defective filling.

Furthermore, as the amount of injected resin increases, the circular shape of the resin centering on the injection gate 43 increases, and the mold temperature of the embedded portion of the temperature sensor 41 also rises accordingly, and the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 41 is measured by the thermometer. When the set value is reached, the injection gate 43 is closed to stop the resin supply. The amount of resin injected into the cavity 40 in this embodiment can be increased or decreased by adjusting the set value of the thermometer described above. Although the temperature sensor is embedded in the mold in this embodiment, the temperature of the resin may be directly detected by exposing the tip of the temperature sensor to the surface of the cavity.

After that, when the resin injection further progresses and the resin pressure on the pin 51 reaches a preset pressure, the pin 51 is pushed down and the limit switch 53 operates to output a closing signal of the injection gate 55 to supply the resin. stop. The amount of injected resin in this embodiment can be increased or decreased by adjusting the strength of the spring 52.

Alternatively, by detecting the temperature of the injected resin and controlling them as parameters, an appropriate amount of resin can be injected into the volume of each cavity.
There is an effect that resin does not flow between the cavities and an excessive pressing force is not required, and furthermore, cavity unfilling and overfilling can be prevented, and defective molding can be prevented.
