(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) According to the prior art, when constructing an underwater land, steel, sheet pile, concrete sheet pile, or the like must be closely cast in the surrounding position in order to construct the surrounding structure first. Since it had to be carried out, not only a great deal of construction cost, labor and days were required for the construction work, but also in order to get the dredging ship in and out, it was necessary to complete the entrance and exit facilities, and in order to make the sheet pile etc. self-supporting. ,
There were a number of problems, such as that the driving depth was required in proportion to the water depth and that the ground had to withstand.

That is, the present invention is formed by connecting the lower end portions of the woven fabrics facing each other at a predetermined interval to the outer periphery of the artificial land construction planned position,
In addition, a cloth form made by fixing tension members to the opposite cloth at a predetermined interval is vertically installed by connecting a float, and the filling material is fed into the cloth form to fix the lower end of the form to the bottom of the water. Let Then, the earth and sand are sent to the inside of the area surrounded by the formwork, and the earth and sand are piled up in the water. As the earth and sand are piled up, a slope of the embankment is formed, and the cloth form is fed out to approach the slope of the embankment while putting the filling material in the cloth form. While embankment the embankment to a predetermined height, the slope of the embankment is covered with the cloth form filled with a filler, the artificial surface construction in water characterized by reinforcing the outer surface of the embankment It is a construction method. In the above, if an anchor is provided on the slope to change the slope of the cloth form when the embankment is sanded, the slope can be formed at an angle significantly larger than the angle of repose. In addition, the embankment foundation can be made even more solid by incorporating an aggregating material during the embankment of the earth and sand. The cloth of the cloth form frame is, for example, a cloth woven of synthetic resin fibers, and the texture is appropriately determined. However, in order to form a formwork, two cloths are arranged side by side at a predetermined interval (for example, 30 cm), tension materials are provided at a predetermined interval between each opposing cloth, and the space between the cloths arranged side by side when filling with sand or the like Does not open too much. Further, when the cloth form is unrolled while the filler is put in, the lower end side of the cloth form frame is placed along the water bottom, so that the lower end side of the cloth form frame is naturally fixed. In addition, the slope formed during the embankment of earth and sand can be extremely firmly reinforced by covering with a cloth formwork containing the filler, and if necessary, a concrete block can be laid on the covering cloth formwork. , More reinforced.

The filling material for the cloth formwork may be earth, sand, gravel, concrete, or the like. In addition, the embankment releases sand and sand with a sand pop, or uses a carrier ship to carry it from the collection site to the required place. Usually the cloth formwork is arranged in an annular shape to form an outer circumference, or an outer circumference is formed in an arc shape to the coast, or with the coast,
It can be used in place of the work conventionally known for deadlines such as sheet piles, such as connecting offshore islands and raising soil in the middle.

(Operation) Since the present invention uses the cloth form, when fixing the form to the bottom of the water or covering the slope of the embankment, simply unwind the cloth, fill the necessary filler, or float the float. The cloth form is installed at a predetermined position only by moving. Further, since the upper end of the cloth formwork is supported by the float, the upper end of the formwork can be submerged in water by being cut off from the float or by connecting a weight.

(Example) A large number of floats 1 and 1a are connected to the outer side of the planned artificial land construction position to support one side of the cloth form frame 2.
Woven cloths 3 and 3a made of synthetic resin are opposed to the cloth form frame 2 at a predetermined interval (for example, 30 cm), and tension members 13 are fixed at regular intervals to prevent excessive expansion. The upper ends of the woven cloths 3 and 3a are wound around the required length winding shafts 4 and 4a, and are unwound as necessary.
After the cloth formwork 2 or 2a has been laid in the planned water area as described above, the dredger 5 and the hose 6 are first put into the cloth formwork 2 or 2a.
The sand 14 is pumped together with water into the cloth molds 2 and 2a. Since the water of the earth and sand water that has entered the cloth form frames 2 and 2a is discharged to the outside from the cloth, only the earth and sand 14 accumulate below the cloth form frames 2 and 2a as shown in FIG. Therefore, while moving the floats 1 and 1a slightly, the cloth molds 2 and 2a are extended by a required length,
The bottom sediment is placed on the water bottom 7. In this way, the hose 6 from the dredging vessel 5 will be retained once the envelope has been retained.
As shown in FIG. 3, the ends are located in the central portions of the left and right cloth molds 2 and 2a, and the sediment water is transferred, so that the sediment 8 is heaped up as shown in FIG. As described above, when the lower part of the earth and sand heap reaches the fixing portion of the cloth molds 2, 2a, the sand mold water is supplied to the cloth molds 2, 2a as well as the cloth molds 2, 2a.
When Wakaho is extended, it is brought close to Wakaho, and the portion where the earth and sand are clogged is covered on the slope of earth and sand. Repeat the above operation,
As shown in FIG. 4, when the planned height is reached, a concrete block 9 is laid on top of the soil-filled cloth formwork 2, 2a, a revetment block 10 is constructed if necessary, and the earth and sand are further raised. Complete the artificial land 11.

In the above, as shown by the chain line in FIG. 3, it is possible to install the anchor 12 on a part of the cloth form and make the covering angle steep. It is also possible to inject a coagulant or cement mortar into the earth and sand to accelerate the solidification of the earth and sand. In the above-mentioned embodiment, although the earth and sand were transferred from the dredging ship by the hose, it is also possible to use water for transporting the earth and sand for water transfer. It is also possible to carry gravel etc. to a planned position by a conveyor (float support). In such a case, if the float is settled, a water channel can be easily formed. That is, the method of the present invention can be used for artificial island construction or underwater embankment construction or other artificial land construction when constructing a building on a required area and height.

(Effect of the invention) That is, according to the present invention, since the outer envelope is constructed in water using the cloth formwork and the earth and sand are discharged into the outer enclosure to make the artificial land, the outer envelope can be constructed easily and relatively easily. There are various effects, such as being able to construct a large-scale in a short time. Further, since it is a cloth form, fixing and movement are extremely easy, and there are various practical effects such that the cloth form can be directly used as a reinforcement coating at the end of construction. Also, since the tension members are fixed to the cloth formwork at predetermined intervals,
There is an effect that the cloth formwork does not open more than necessary and the desired enclosure can be constructed and the slope can be reinforced with a small amount of filling. Further, according to the formation of the slope of the embankment, the filling is put in the cloth formwork to bring it close to the slope, and the slope is covered with the cloth formwork after embankment to a predetermined height, so that the slope of the embankment can be strongly reinforced. . Also, since the cloth formwork is connected vertically to the float and installed vertically on the outer periphery of the artificial ground construction planned position, inform the planned position to the surroundings,
Since it can call attention, it has the effect of enabling safe construction.
