Since it is necessary to handle bills P of different sizes, such as a 1,000-yen bill P 3 , and to convey the bills in a state where the conveyance pitch is shortened in order to improve the processing capacity, the bill conveyance path 1 is usually the fifth
As shown in the figure, the maximum size of the handled banknotes, that is, the size width W set to be slightly larger than the size of the 10,000-yen note P 1 in the longitudinal direction, and the banknotes P ... It is configured to be taken out and conveyed in the direction.

As a result, the longitudinal direction becomes uneven, and the stacking state is disturbed. As it is, as shown in FIG. 6, it is not possible to perform the banding with the band 3 in the state where the banknotes P 2 ... It was a big obstacle to get them to do it.

である。In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a stacking unit that receives and sequentially stacks paper sheets sequentially discharged from a transport path, and a stacking unit when a predetermined number of paper sheets are stacked in the stacking unit. A separator that temporarily collects the paper sheets that have entered and accumulated in the accumulating unit and that is subsequent to the paper sheets that are accumulated in the accumulating unit, and transfers the temporarily accumulated paper sheets into the accumulating unit; The end faces of the sheets stacked on the separator and the end faces of the sheets stacked on the separator are intermittently biased and stacked in the stacking unit and on the separator. An aligning member for simultaneously arranging the paper sheets accumulated in the stack and on the separator, and when the paper sheets accumulated on the separator are transferred to the accumulating portion by retracting the separator from the accumulating portion. Paper Is obtained by a configuration in which the end face of the kind equipped with a means for retracting said call members outside the position.

In the figure, 1 is a banknote transport path for transporting banknotes P as paper sheets, and 4 and 4 receive and hold the banknotes P sequentially carried out from the transport path 1 between the blades 4a, 4a, and a stacking chamber 2
This is an impeller for sequentially discharging and accumulating paper in the accumulating chamber 2 by rotating in the direction. These impellers 4 and 4 are separator rotating shafts 5.
As shown in FIG. 1, the engaging wheel portion 7 is rotatably supported on the outside of the bearing via bearings 6 and 6, and is spirally curved in a rotational direction protruding from the outer periphery of the coupling wheel portion 7 in the radial direction. , Which is composed of a large number of blades 4a, and is meshed with a gear 8 provided on the coupling wheel portion 7 and a gear 9 driven to rotate by the electric motor 10 so that the gear 8 is rotated at a constant speed in the direction of the arrow in FIG. It has become.

These separators 11 and 11 are pivotally attached at one end to the separator support bodies 12 and 12 of the separator rotation shaft 5. The lever portion 1 having the rotation fulcrum and extending in the direction orthogonal to the separator rotation shaft 5.
4 is a cam engagement portion 15 composed of a rotatable roller rotator.
And a receiving portion 16 for dividing the designated number of blades, which is located inward of the blade outer shape of the impellers 4 and 4 at the separator standby position and extends in the protruding direction of the blades 4a and 4a. Of the rotary lever, and the separators 11 and 11 composed of the rotary lever are separator support members 12 and 12.
The spring force of a coil spring (not shown) whose one end is fixed and the other end is adjusted and fixed to a position from the lever fulcrum is urged in a direction to engage with the cutout portion 5a of the separator rotation shaft 5.

One end face in the direction is attached in the direction of pressing the alignment reference face 26a side.
Further, an extension portion 27a extending into the rotation path of the cam 32 driven by the motor 31 is provided on the pivotal end side of the arranging lever 27, and the arranging lever 27 is moved along with the rotation operation of the cam 32. It is configured to be largely displaced away from the end face of the bill P against the biasing force of the coil spring 30, and is opened to the outside via a link mechanism 34 by the excitation of the solenoid 33 installed on the fixed plate 28. The banknotes P that can be maintained and are separated from the end surface of the banknotes P only when the banknotes P stacked on the separators 11 and 11 are dropped into the stacking chamber 2 and discharged.
When attempting to drop the banknotes P stacked on 11 into the stacking chamber 2, the sorting lever 27 sandwiches a part of the banknotes P into the fixed guide 26 so that the banknotes stacked at the bottom are the separators 11, It prevents the occurrence of misalignment due to breaking without rotating together with 11.

As shown in the figure, the upper end side corresponding to the separators 11, 11 on which the banknotes P from the impellers 4, 4 are stacked is divided and formed by an elastic piece 271 made of a leaf spring or the like, and stacked on the separators 11, 11. An unreasonable force that tries to act on the moved bills is released by the elastic force, so that the stacking irregularity of the bills P in the separator portion can be prevented.

Since the end faces of the paper sheets accumulated in the stack are intermittently urged to arrange the paper sheets accumulated in the accumulating section and on the separator at the same time, it is possible to arrange them from the time when the number of sheets on the separator is small. A positioning effect can be obtained. Further, when the paper sheets stacked on the separator are transferred into the stacking unit by retracting the separator from the stacking unit, the aligning member is retracted to a position outside the end surface of the transferred paper sheets. Since this is done, it is possible to prevent the deviation of the paper sheets due to the paper sheets coming into contact with the arranging member.

There is no need, and the sealing work can be performed extremely easily, and there is an effect that it is useful when, for example, consistently performing stacking of paper sheets to paper sealing.
