[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in such a configuration, if there is an error in the engagement depth of the engagement claws with respect to the engagement holes, the heights of one panel and the other panel are slightly different. It becomes a thing. Then, when a large number of panels are connected, the error is accumulated in the same direction. If this is forcibly corrected by an adjuster provided at the lower end of the pillar of each panel, the panel may be tilted in the left-right direction, which may cause distortion of a shape that cannot be ignored.

Further, in such a device, the specifications are completely different between the one in which the pillar portion is provided on the right side of the panel and the one in which the pillar portion is provided on the left side. Therefore, when the one surface side and the other surface side of the panel have different colors, there is also a problem that the degree of freedom when assembling or changing the specifications is greatly limited.

That is, the movable partition wall according to the present invention includes a column having engaging holes on the left and right joint surfaces, and an engaging claw that is formed separately from the column and bent downward on the left and right joint surfaces. A movable partition wall which is configured to join the adjacent claws to each other by engaging the engaging claws with the engaging holes, and to connect the adjacent panels to each other through the pillars. A concave groove that is formed and has an inner side surface that forms a tapered surface that expands upward; a connecting fitting that bridges between the upper end surfaces of adjacent panels and that has a tapered portion that is formed on the lower surface side and that is engaged with the concave groove; The panel includes a nut held near the upper end of the pillar, and a bolt that penetrates the central portion of the connecting fitting and is screwed into the nut and pulls down the connecting fitting in the pillar direction by the tightening force of the nut. Of the engaging claw of the column is locked by the lower edge of the engaging hole of the column. At the position where the connecting metal fitting is pulled down with a bolt, the upper end edge and the lower end opening of the engaging hole are formed so that a gap remains between the lower surface of the connecting metal fitting and the upper end edge of the column facing the lower surface. It is characterized in that a vertical distance from the edge is set.

[Operation] According to the present invention, since the panel and the pillar are separately configured, the engaging claws of the panel engage with the engaging hole on the right side and the engaging hole on the left side of the pillar, respectively. It will be. for that reason,
Even if there is an error in the engagement depth between the engaging claw and the engaging hole, the error will not be accumulated in the same direction.

Moreover, when the connecting fitting is pulled down by the bolt in the column direction, the panel is pushed down as the connecting fitting is lowered. Then, before the lower surface of the connecting fitting comes into contact with the upper end edge of the pillar, the engaging claw of the panel comes into contact with and is locked by the lower end opening edge of the engaging hole of the pillar. That is, since the gap is left between the connecting metal fitting and the pillar, the engaging claw provided on the panel engages with the deepest position of the engaging hole of the pillar. Therefore, the assembly dimensional error due to the insufficient engagement depth of the engagement claw with respect to the engagement hole can be reduced by an order of magnitude.

Further, with such a structure, the adjacent panels can be firmly connected to each other through the pillars. Therefore, the wall formed by connecting a plurality of panels becomes an integral body having steel property as a whole. Therefore, only the pillars at both ends should be brought into contact with the floor to adjust the level, and then the intermediate pillars should also be brought into contact with the floor by adjusting an adjuster or the like provided at the lower end of the intermediate pillar. It is also possible to employ one.

Further, as described above, even if the connecting fitting is pulled down in the pillar direction until the engaging claws of the panel are locked to the lower end opening edges of the engaging holes of the pillar as described above, the lower surface of the connecting fitting and the pillar Since a gap is left between the upper end edge and the upward end edge, by further tightening the bolt from the stage where the lowering of the panel with respect to the pillar is prevented by the completion of the engagement between the engaging claw and the engaging hole, Can be strongly pressed against the panel, and the tapered portion of the connecting metal member can be strongly pressed between the tapered surfaces of the concave grooves of the adjacent panels sandwiching the column. Therefore, both panels are connected with their postures corrected by the wedge-like pushing action of the connecting fitting. Therefore, contrary to the conventional wisdom, it is possible to construct a straight partition wall without distortion in the thickness direction without providing any special fastener between the connecting fitting and the panel. That is, in order to bridge a normal plate-like connecting member between the upper end surfaces of adjacent panels so that the joint portion of those panels is not deformed in the thickness direction, at least two positions of each end of the connecting member are respectively Since it is necessary to fix the panel to the corresponding panel, four or more fasteners such as bolts are required. However, in the present invention, the panels are connected in an appropriate posture correction state only by tightening the central bolt. can do.

Then, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 6, a connecting fitting 5 is bridged between the upper end surfaces 3c of the adjacent panels 3 and a bolt 7 penetrating the center of the connecting fitting 5 is located near the upper end of the pillar 1. The column 1 is pulled toward the connecting fitting 5 by screwing and tightening the nut 8 held by the portion. In other words, the connecting fitting 5 is pulled down toward the pillar 1. In this partition wall, the position where the connecting fitting 5 is pulled down by the bolt 7 until the engaging claw 4 of the panel 3 is locked by the lower end opening edge 21 of the engaging hole 2 of the pillar 1 (see FIG. 4). Also in the above, the upper end edge 1k and the engagement hole 2 are formed so that a gap L remains between the lower surface 5k of the connecting fitting 5 and the upper end edge 1k of the pillar 1 facing the lower surface 5k.
The vertical separation distance H from the lower end opening edge 21 is set. When setting the separation distance H, it is needless to say that the allowable error range is set so that the gap L always remains even in the worst case, paying attention to dimensional error.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the connecting fitting 5 is made of a strip plate having a U-shaped cross section, and the central portion of the lower wall is bulged in a V shape. The lower surface side of the portion 51 is a tapered portion 52. On the other hand, a concave groove 36 having a V-shaped cross section is formed on the upper surface of the upper frame member 31 of the panel 3, and an inner side surface of the concave groove 36 is formed as a tapered surface 37 expanding upward. Then, the taper portion 52 is engaged with the concave groove 36 by bridging the connecting fitting 5 between the upper end surfaces 3c of the panel 3. Then,
No fastening tool such as a bolt is provided between the connecting fitting 5 and each panel 3.

With such a configuration, since the pillar 1 and the panel 3 are separate bodies, the pillar 1 and the panel 3 can be formed in a bilaterally symmetrical shape. for that reason,
The versatility is higher than that of the conventional panel whose left and right are asymmetrical. For example, even if the color of the one side of the panel 3 is different from that of the other side, the front and back of one type of panel 3 can be freely selected and desired. It is possible to assemble in the form of.

Further, when the pillar 1 and the panel 3 are completely separated from each other and the engaging claws 4 of the panels 3 bent downward are engaged with the engaging holes 2 of the pillar 1, The phenomenon that the assembly error due to the insufficient engagement depth of the engagement claws 4 accumulates in the same direction as the number of panels increases does not occur. In particular,
In this structure, the tension of the bolt 7 pulls down the connecting fitting 5 in the direction of the pillar 1, and a gap L is left between the connecting fitting 5 and the upper surface 1c of the pillar 1.
Therefore, when the bolt 7 is tightened, both ends 5a of the connecting fitting 5 press the upper end surface 3c of the panel 3,
The panel 3 is pushed down relative to the pillar 1, and the engaging claws 4 provided on the panel 3 are engaged to the deepest position of the engaging hole 2. That is, the bent portion of the claw body 42 of the engaging claw 4 comes into contact with the lower end opening edge 21 of the engaging hole 2. Therefore, the assembling dimension error due to the insufficient engagement depth of the engaging claw 4 with respect to the engaging hole 2 can be made as small as possible.

Moreover, if it is such a thing, the adjacent panels 3 can be firmly connected via the pillar 1. Therefore, the wall itself configured by connecting the plurality of panels 3 together becomes a highly rigid integrated body as a whole. Therefore, the pillars 1 at both ends
Only the adjuster 11 of the intermediate column 1 is brought into contact with the floor surface 10 to adjust the level, and then the intermediate column 1 is adjusted to the floor surface 10 by adjusting the adjuster 11 provided at the lower end of the intermediate column 1.
It is also possible to adopt an assembling mode in which the device is loaded on. Therefore, as compared with the case where the adjusters of a plurality of columns are adjusted by trial and error to adjust the level, the assembly and installation work can be significantly speeded up.

Further, in this one, the connecting fitting 5 having a V-shaped taper portion 52 is pushed between the tapered surfaces 37 of the concave grooves 36 of both panels 3 which are also V-shaped, and the connecting fitting 5 is attached to the pillar 1. By pulling it down, the connecting fitting 5 and the panel 3 are brought into close contact with each other. Therefore, both panels 3 which are adjacent to each other with the pillar 1 in between are connected in a state in which the posture is corrected by the wedge-like pushing action of the connecting fitting 5. Therefore, the connecting metal fitting 5 and the concave groove 3 of each panel 3
As long as 6 is manufactured linearly, all the panels 3 are flush with each other. Therefore, the appearance is very good, and for example, it is possible to obtain an excellent partition wall in which the entrance and exit of the panel 3 is not noticeable even when the light is emitted at a shallow angle for performing the indirect illumination. it can. In such a case, since the taper portion 52 of the connecting metal fitting 5 bites into the concave groove 36 of each panel 3, each end 5a of the connecting metal fitting 5 is fixed to the panel 3. Despite this, the connection strength between both panels 3 becomes extremely high, and in particular, it becomes difficult to deform even when an external force acts in the thickness direction of the panels 3. That is, to secure the strength in the thickness direction by connecting the upper end surfaces of both panels with a normal flat plate-like connecting fitting, as described above, four or more bolts are required. Since the tapered portion 52 of the connecting fitting 5 is engaged and tightened between the tapered surfaces 37 of the panel 3, the strength in the thickness direction is high without providing any fasteners at each end 5a of the connecting fitting 5. Can be demonstrated. Therefore, with such a structure, not only can the number of parts be reduced, but also the number of bolt tightening operations during assembly can be reduced. Therefore, when assembling a long partition wall, the number of assembling steps can be significantly reduced.

In addition, since the tapered part of the connecting metal fitting is pushed between the tapered surfaces of the panel and tightened, each panel can be connected flush with each other, and the appearance of the entire wall can be further improved and the thickness can be improved. Even if an external force acts in the direction, it is possible to construct a strong wall that does not largely bend in the direction. Moreover, according to the configuration of the present invention, even after the engaging claws come into contact with the lower edge opening edge of the engaging hole and the downward movement of the panel is blocked by the pillar, the connecting metal fitting is not disturbed by the pillar. Since the bolt can be slightly pulled down by the tightening force of the bolt, it is possible to strongly press the connecting metal fitting against the panel and strongly press the tapered portion into the concave groove. Therefore, it is possible to obtain the above-described effect without fixing the connecting fitting to the panel using a special fixing tool. Therefore, a sturdy partition wall can be quickly assembled without any trouble.
