In recent years, with the development of concrete structures, the proportion of concrete used has dramatically increased compared to wood, etc., but the useful life of concrete structures is said to be 60 years.
Even before that, it was demolished due to aging, and a large amount of waste concrete used for buildings was generated due to rebuilding. Conventionally, these concrete waste materials have been illegally dumped in landfills or open spaces. However, such illegally dumped concrete waste material destroys the natural environment and the living environment, and becomes a dangerous playground for children.
It is a big social problem.

In view of the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, the present invention separates concrete, rebar, wood, etc. from the waste materials of these concrete structures, and uses the classified concrete waste materials as roadbed materials to improve the strength and useful life. It is an object of the present invention to provide an excellent roadbed material and a manufacturing method thereof.

According to the present invention, the above-mentioned object is characterized by having a concrete waste material having a particle size of 40 mm or less, which is obtained by demolishing a concrete structure, residual concrete obtained by removing cement components from raw concrete, and stone powder of raised coral reef limestone. Achieved by wood.

In order to make such an asphalt paved road, first, the original topography 6 is cut or embanked and then compacted by a large-sized trailer and compacted to form a horizontal ground (actually the center of the road for drainage of rainwater etc. 7 to both sides of the gutters 5a and 5b with a 2% inclination so that a slight inclination is provided.) On this compacted ground, the roadbed material 1 of the present invention is spread with a grader to a predetermined design thickness, and further Rolling is performed with a roller to compact the roadbed material 1. Next, the upper layer roadbed 2 crushed to the required particle size on the roadbed material 1 is rolled by a roller to a predetermined design thickness, asphalt (surface layer roadbed) is laid on it, and rolling finish is performed by the roller. It is a thing.

Here, coral means coral reef rock.
efrocks) refers to marine limestone. It is commonly called "Ishigu" and is composed of fine particles (calcium powder) to large-sized lumps. It is called coral because it is a rock made of coral reefs. Further, the residual concrete refers to the remainder of concrete in which crushed stone, sand and cement are mixed in an appropriate ratio, that is, the residual crushed stone and sand obtained by washing the cement from the recycled green concrete or returned concrete.

The concrete waste material is mixed with the coral 2 and the residual concrete 2 in the ratio of the concrete waste material 6 to the coral 2 and the residual concrete 2. The particle size of the remaining concrete is 20 mm or less, and the concrete waste is crushed to a particle size of 40 mm or less.

In order to create concrete waste material with a particle size of 40 mm or less, select the concrete waste material with a vibration feeder,
Concrete waste material with a particle size of 40 mm or less is transported to be used as roadbed material 1, concrete waste material with a particle size of 40 mm or more is transported by a belt conveyor, and is crushed into concrete waste material of 40 mm or less by a roll crusher. It is conveyed to a mixing device (mixing plant) so that it may be used as 1.

The mixing device has a hopper that can hold the above-mentioned concrete waste material with a particle size of 40 mm or less, a hopper that can hold coral, and a hopper that can hold residual condensate. The material of the roadbed material 1 can be set to the ratio of the coral 2, the remaining concrete 2, and the concrete waste material 6 by dropping the coral, the remaining concrete, and the concrete waste material of the determined volume. The material of the roadbed material 1 placed on the conveyor belt is delivered to the upper side of the mixer and dropped into the mixer, delivered, mixed sufficiently in the mixer, and then transported to a road factory site by a truck or the like.

Therefore, the roadbed material 1 of the present invention is one in which coral, residual concrete, and concrete waste material are sufficiently mixed by a mixer, and the roadbed material 1 having a mixing ratio has a higher degree of dryness and strength than a conventional roadbed material. It is excellent.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the waste material of the concrete structure, the coral, and the residual concrete, which have caused social problems such as the destruction of the natural environment, are mixed and used as the subbase material of the asphalt paved road. As a result, the asphalt pavement road that is effective and can be reused, and that uses the roadbed material mixed with the concrete waste material 6 in the ratio of coral 2 and residual concrete 2 has better drainage and strength than conventional roads. It is a thing.
