Description: TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a case where an exterior material such as a building is partially peeled from a base skeleton over a period of time, and the peeling spreads and the exterior material falls off. The present invention relates to a construction method whose main purpose is repair to prevent such problems.

Conventional technology Generally, exterior materials for buildings (mortar, tiled, terrazzo, wood board, stone board, etc.) should be integrally bonded and fixed to the base frame, but after construction is complete or long time ago. It often peels off partially. In this way, when the base frame and its exterior material are separated,
Peeling spreads and the exterior material comes off from the base structure and falls, which is extremely dangerous.

Conventionally, for partial peeling of the exterior material, an adhesive or mortar is injected and filled in the gap portion to fill the separation gap, and at the same time, the exterior material is adhered to the base skeleton.

However, in the above conventional method, when the adhesive or mortar is injected into the peeling gap, the outer side material swells outward due to the pressure on the filling side, not only the adhesive force becomes insufficient but also the whole peeling is induced during the work. It is very dangerous.

Therefore, in order to eliminate the disadvantages of the conventional adhesive fixing method, the applicant of the present invention has made the adhesive such as Japanese Patent No. 742439 (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-39044) and Japanese Patent No. 890757 (see Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-15891). We are developing a fixed construction method.

In the former method, the exterior material is partially peeled from the base structure, and the adhesive of appropriate viscosity is injected by punching from the surface of the exterior structure and the exterior material is temporarily fixed to the base structure by point bonding. After that, the main injection bonding is performed. As described above, since the outer injection material is temporarily fixed to the base frame by point bonding and then the main injection bonding is performed, a completely unreasonable external force is applied to the peeling point at the time of repair as compared with the case where the direct main injection bonding is performed. It is now possible to fix the exterior material to the base structure without any need.

Further, in the latter method, a pipe is vertically inserted between the exterior material and the base structure, where the exterior material is partially separated from the base structure, and the pipe is bonded and fixed to the base structure and the exterior structure. The two are connected by pipes.
With this pipe connection, it is not necessary to fill a large amount of adhesive in the repaired area, and it is possible to fix the exterior material to the base frame with a small amount of adhesive.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, since these methods require a long time to cure the adhesive by point bonding and pipe connection, the adhesive is not attached after the work of temporarily fixing the exterior material to the base frame is completed. Since the main injection bonding cannot be performed for a long time until it hardens, the work efficiency is extremely poor. In addition, when the exterior material is largely lifted from the base skeleton and is peeled off, the support material is pressure-bonded to the base skeleton to perform the adhesion work, so it is necessary to cure for a long time until the adhesive is cured. I can't remove it.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has a feature that, in the first invention, the exterior material is partially peeled from the base skeleton.
In the second invention, the bar material is alternately inserted in the diagonally different directions over the exterior material and the base frame, and the exterior material and the base frame are partially separated from the base frame in the second invention. By alternately inserting the rods in different diagonal directions, temporarily fixing the exterior material to the base skeleton with the rods, and then performing the main injection bonding, the third invention partially peels from the base skeleton. On both sides of the crack generated in the exterior material, a bar material is inserted in an obliquely separating direction across the exterior material and the base structure. In the fourth invention, the exterior material is partially enlarged from the base structure. The outer material is pressed against the base frame by pressing the lifted and separated part with a support, and the bar material is alternately inserted into the part in the diagonally different direction across the outer material and the base structure.

Furthermore, when the exterior material is partly lifted from the base frame and peeled off, the support temporarily presses the exterior material and press-contacts the base frame, and the exterior material and the base frame are alternately slanted at the location. By inserting the rods in different directions, the exterior material can be fixed to the base skeleton by the wedge action of the rods, and the support can be removed immediately after the end.

First, as shown in FIG. 1, when the building frame (1) and the exterior material (2) of a building are partially separated and a gap (3) is formed between them, an appropriate gap is provided at the location. Alternately in diagonally different directions from the surface side of the exterior material (2) to the base skeleton (1)
A proper number of holes (4) are drilled using a drill or the like to reach the inside of the. Next, after cleaning these holes (4) to remove dust, etc., stainless steel rods, pipes,
A rod material (5) such as a strong resin is inserted. As a result, the exterior material (2) is fixed to the base skeleton (1) by the wedge action of the rod (5) that is inserted between the base skeleton and the base skeleton (1) in an obliquely different direction. The rod (5) is slightly smaller than the diameter of the hole (4) and shorter than the depth of the hole (4), and is inserted into the hole (4) filled with the adhesive (6) without leaving air. Then, the adhesive (6) is sufficiently surrounded and fixed in the hole (4). Then the holes (4)
A cover member (7) made of the same material as the exterior material (2) is loaded on the surface side of the exterior material (2) to finish the appearance well. That is,
The state shown in FIG. 1 is reached, and the bonding and fixing of the base skeleton (1) and the exterior material (2) is completed. After this, as shown in FIG. 2, if necessary, an injection hole (8) reaching the gap (3) is bored at a location other than the bored portion of the hole (4) of the exterior material (2), The adhesive (10) for main injection bonding is injected and filled by the injection machine (9) so as to cover a wide range from the injection hole (8) in the gap (3) between the base skeleton (1) and the exterior material (2). Then, the gap (3) is subjected to main injection bonding.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3, when a crack (11) is formed in the exterior material (2), the base material is formed on both sides of the crack (11) in a diagonal separating direction from the surface side of the exterior material (2). (1)
Holes (4) reaching the inside of the hole are bored, and a rod (5) sufficiently surrounded and fixed by an adhesive (6) is inserted so that air is not left in the holes (4). As a result, when the exterior material (2) floats above the base skeleton (1), the exterior materials (2) on both sides of the crack (11) are guided by the bar material (5) and slide toward each other to cause cracks. Next, when the exterior material (2) is partly lifted from the base skeleton (1) and peeled off, as shown in FIG. 4, the exterior material (2) is supported by the support (12) from the surface side. After pressing to reduce the gap (3) between the base body (1), the holes (4) extending from the surface side of the exterior material (2) to the inside of the base body (1) are alternately inclined in different directions. A bar (5) which is sufficiently drilled and fixed by an adhesive (6) so as not to leave air in these holes (4) is inserted. As a result, the exterior seat (2) is fixed to the base skeleton (1) by the wedge action of the bar (5). In this case, the support (12) can be removed immediately after completion without waiting for the adhesive (6) to cure.

Furthermore, when the exterior material is partly lifted from the base frame and peeled off, the support temporarily presses the exterior material and press-contacts the base frame, and the exterior material and the base frame are alternately slanted at the location. EFFECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention makes it possible to insert a bar material alternately in a diagonally different direction over the exterior material and the base skeleton at a location where the exterior material is partially separated from the base skeleton. It can be fixed to the base frame by the wedge action of the rod material, which makes it unnecessary to wait for a long time until the adhesive is hardened as in the conventional case, and can be applied even when the exterior material cannot be adhered.
