The conventional box-making work using synthetic resin sheet materials, especially polyvinyl chloride sheets, has traditionally been manual work, and the margins of the dough punched into a specified shape with a punch are manually folded to create a crease. The adhesive (including solvent) was applied to the margin portion with a brush or a brush, and then the margin portion was bent to the fabric side, and the work was repeated by pressing the margin portion from above with a hand to attach it. Therefore, the workability is extremely poor, and it depends on the size and shape, but even an expert can stick four or five pieces per minute. In addition, since it is a manual work, there is a problem that the amount of adhesive applied to the product itself is not uniform and the product varies. In particular, when the amount of the adhesive applied is too large, the transparency of the adhered portion is impaired, and the commercial value of the container or box is significantly reduced.

Further, most of the adhesives used for sticking the polyvinyl chloride sheet are solvent-based adhesives, which have the drawback of deteriorating the working environment and causing headaches and dizziness to the worker.

The present invention is intended to eliminate such conventional drawbacks, and a synthetic resin sheet-like material provided with a margin piece is moved in a plane toward an application position of an adhesive, and the margin piece is moved during this movement. Is folded toward the synthetic resin sheet-like body to give a crease, and then the margin piece is raised to the sheet-like body main body in an acute angle shape by opening the margin piece. The application needle near the upper end of the flap is located opposite to the sticking surface of the flap with a slight distance, and the adhesive is discharged from the needle for a predetermined time to move the sheet body. After applying the adhesive along the longitudinal direction of the upper end of the glue strip, the method for sticking the synthetic resin sheet-like material, in which the glue piece is pressed toward the body of the sheet-like material, and the glue A piece The moving means for moving the obtained synthetic resin sheet-like object in a plane toward the application position of the adhesive, the folding means for folding the margin piece toward the synthetic resin sheet-like body to make a crease, and the sheet-like material released from the folding means. An application needle that is placed in an acute angle with respect to the body of the object, and is positioned in the vicinity of the upper end of the margin piece at a slight distance from the pasting surface of the margin piece, and the margin to which the adhesive is applied. It is an object of the present invention to provide a synthetic resin sheet-shaped material sticking device comprising a pressure-bonding means for pressing and sticking a piece toward the sheet-shaped material body.

Further, 14 and 15 respectively indicate a folding belt and a pressure bonding belt located above the lower belt 4b, and a constant space 16 is maintained between the folding belt 14 and the pressure bonding belt 15, and within this space 16. The application needle 6 of the solenoid valve box 5 faces. It should be noted that the tip of the coating needle 6 does not come into contact with the sticking surface 17 of the free-standing margin piece 2 that rises in an acute angle within the space 16, and the sticking surface 17

It exists in the opposite position. As described above, setting a slight gap between the tip of the needle 6 and the attachment surface 17 reveals that when they are brought into contact with each other, the passage in the needle 6 is clogged and cannot be used. Because I did. As described above, the device of the present invention moves the synthetic resin sheet-like article main body 1 provided with the margin piece 2 in the plane toward the application position of the adhesive, and the upper belt 3 and the lower belt 4

First, the main body 1 of a synthetic resin sheet material such as a polyvinyl chloride sheet punched into a predetermined shape which constitutes a box or the like is laminated near the entrance side of the moving means, and is fed out one by one (not shown). ), Is sandwiched between the upper belt 3 and the lower belt 4a, and moves in the plane toward the left in FIG. During this movement, due to the cooperative action of the lower belt 4b and the folding belt 14, the margin piece 2 is folded toward the synthetic resin sheet body 1 to impart a crease (fifth fold).
Figure). Although not shown, an upper belt for wearing the sheet-like object corresponding to the lower belt 4b is provided, and a side belt for folding is additionally provided so that the margin piece 2 can be bent while the sheet-like object is moving. It is also possible to make such changes in design.

Next, when the synthetic resin sheet body 1 moves toward the application position of the adhesive and is released from the folding belt 14, the margin piece 2 naturally stands up at an acute angle with respect to the sheet body 1. The fiber sensor 11 detects the front end of the synthetic resin sheet body 1, and the input signal enters the controller 10 via the sensor amplifier 12 and the sensor controller 13. Then, a short time T1 set by the timer 18 incorporated in the controller 10, that is, the time required for the tip of the margin piece 2 to move to the set position of the needle 6 at the detection position of the sensor 11. After the elapse of T1, the solenoid valve in the solenoid valve box 5 opens and the application needle 6
The adhesive is discharged during the predetermined time T2 set by the timer 18, and the solenoid valve 5 is automatically closed as the set time T2 elapses.

Since the tip portion of the application needle 6 is located in the vicinity of the upper end portion of the shaving margin piece 2 that rises in an acute angle with a slight gap from the attachment surface 17, the adhesive from the needle 6 can be removed. By the discharge and the movement of the sheet-shaped article main body 1, the adhesive 19 is linearly applied to the upper end portion of the margin piece 2 along the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. Although it depends on the viscosity, the linear coating surface becomes a band due to the dripping of the adhesive 19. However, since the margin piece 2 has a predetermined width, there is no problem in sticking. That is, when the application position is equal to or less than the middle portion in the width direction of the margin piece 2, the adhesive hangs down to the bent portion,
Although there is a problem that the corners are adhesively fixed and assembly of the box is practically impossible, the tip of the needle 6 is located near the upper end of the margin piece 2 in the method of the present invention. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of such defective products. Although the electromagnetic valve closes after the set time T2 elapses, a small amount of adhesive remains without being discharged in the needle 6, and this adhesive comes out from the tip of the needle 6 due to residual pressure. It is advisable to position a compressed air jetting nozzle for blowing off the sheet to the outside of the line before the next sheet moves.

Next, the margin piece 2 coated with the adhesive leaves the coating position and moves to the left in FIG. 1 in a state where it rises in an acute angle. Then, the margin piece 2 is pressed toward the synthetic resin sheet body 1 by the cooperative action of the crimping belt 15 and the lower belt 4b, and is sandwiched between the crimping belt 15 and the lower belt 4b, and the margin piece is moved during the movement. Reference numeral 2 is a member that is attached to a predetermined portion of the sheet-shaped article main body 1 to end the pressure bonding step.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the workability is remarkably improved, and the number of processings, which has been 4 or 5 per minute so far, can be processed on average 70 per minute depending on the size and shape. In addition, since the applied amount of the adhesive is uniform, there is no variation in the product and it is possible to provide a large amount of boxes and containers made of synthetic resin having excellent commercial properties. Also, since it is not necessary for the worker to be resident at the application position, it does not harm the health of the worker, and the adhesive is discharged from the needle via the needle, and the tank itself is in a sealed state, improving the working environment. Also has a great effect.
