2. Description of the Related Art In a spinning machine such as a ring spinning machine equipped with an automatic changer for changing pipes, the yarns connected to the roller part can be automatically wound around the empty bobbin when restarting after changing pipes. It is required to be connected to the spindle while still passing through. To meet this requirement, for example,
In the prior art disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-220828, a regulating portion 3 having a cutting blade 1 and a groove portion 2 formed in the periphery as shown in FIG. A cutter body 5 composed of the tail bobbin portion 4 formed on the surface is fitted to the lower portion of the spindle 6. Then, after the pipe is fully loaded, the ring rail 7 is suddenly lowered, and after obliquely wound, the thread is wound around the tail thread winding portion 4 several times, and when the bobbin B is pulled out, it is passed through the groove 8 from the traveler 8 and the tail thread winding portion 4. The yarn connected to the bobbin B was pressed against the cutting blade 1 in a tensioned state to cut the yarn at a position close to the traveler 8.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In this method, it is necessary to keep the thread in a tension state at the time of cutting, but when the thread is thick and difficult to cut, as shown in FIG. Also, the thread on the upper part of the bobbin may slip down and loosen, and the thread may loosen, so that the thread may not be cut.

Means for Solving the Problem In the present invention, in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, after the ring rail is fully raised and a bunch winding is formed on the uppermost portion of the bobbin, the ring rail is lowered and the bobbin gripping tool is used to bunch the bunch. By gripping the bunch winding forming part, then raising the bobbin gripping tool, and pulling out the bobbin from the spindle while the bunch winding is held by the bobbin gripping tool, the thread continuing from the traveler to the bunch winding is cut. The method of cutting with a blade was adopted.

Action Since the bunch winding is formed on the uppermost part of the bobbin and the bobbin holding tool holds the bunch winding together with the bobbin, the thread before the bunch winding cannot be unwound even if tension is applied, and at most, only the slant winding can be unwound. Even if the slant winding is unwound, the amount of yarn stretched by unwinding the slant winding is about half the length of the bobbin. Therefore, when the bobbin is pulled out from the spindle by the auto-dougher, the tension from the traveler to the bunch winding can be reliably applied. It is cut by the cutting blade under the spindle.

At the lower part of the spindle 6 of the ring spinning machine according to the present embodiment, the cutter body 5 is provided as in the conventional device, and an automatic selector (not shown) for changing the pipe is provided. A bobbin gripping tool 12 is attached to the doffing bar 11 of the automatic shifter at a predetermined interval, and a bobbin inserting hole 13 having an inner diameter slightly larger than the head of the bobbin B is formed in the bobbin gripping tool 12 as shown in FIG. At the same time, the hollow portion 14 is formed. A filling member 15 is arranged in the hollow portion 14, and the filling member 15
An air supply passage 16 extending in the arrangement direction of the bobbin gripping tools 12 is formed therein. Further, the filling member 15 has a discharge port 17 communicating with the air supply passage 16 and the hollow portion 14.
Are formed. A bobbin-fitting piston 18 is arranged in the hollow portion 14 so as to be capable of reciprocating, and an end portion of the piston 18 projects into and out of the bobbin insertion hole 13.

Then, when the bobbin B is inserted into the bobbin insertion hole 13, air is supplied to the air supply passage 16, and when the air passes through the discharge port 17 and is discharged into the hollow portion 14, the piston 18 together with the diaphragm 19 is discharged. Is moved to the left against the spring force of the spring 20, and the bobbin B is gripped between the end of the piston 18 and the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 13. Further, when the air supply is stopped in this state, the piston 18 and the diaphragm 19 are moved to the right by the spring force of the spring 20, the end of the piston 18 is disengaged from the bobbin B, and the bobbin B can be opened. It is becoming like this.

Now, in the apparatus configured as described above, when the machine stand is stopped due to full pipe, the ring rail 7 is slightly raised and restarted, and the bunch winding B1 is formed on the upper portion of the bobbin B as shown in FIG. To be done. Then plunge the ring rail,
The bobbin B is obliquely wound B2, and then, the yarn is wound around the low-lett portion 4 of the spindle 6 several times as shown in FIG. 2, and then the machine base is stopped.

Next, the automatic shifter operates, the full bobbin B is inserted from below into the insertion hole 13 of the bobbin gripping tool 12 as shown in FIG. 3, air is supplied to the air supply passage 16, and the piston 1
8 is moved forward. The full bobbin B is gripped between the piston 18 and the inner wall surface of the bobbin insertion hole 13, and the bunch winding B1 is also pressed and gripped by the end surface of the piston 18.

After the gripping operation is performed, the doffing bar 11 is actuated again as shown in FIG. 4, and when the bobbin B is pulled out from the spindle 6, the thread passing through the traveler 8 and the loret portion 4 through the groove portion 2 to the bobbin is cut off. Cut into 1 under pressure.

At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, for the thick yarn that is difficult to cut, the inclined winding B2 is unraveled by the tension before the yarn is cut, but the bunch winding B1 above the inclined winding B2 is grasped by the bobbin grasping tool 12. It does not come loose. Even if the slanted winding B2 is unraveled, if the bobbin B is pulled out further upward as shown in FIG. 5, the thread will be kept in a tense state because the amount of elongation of the slanted winding B2 due to the loosening is about half the length of the bobbin B. , Is pressed against the cutter 1 and cut. Therefore, according to this method, the yarn can be surely cut even if the inclined winding B2 is loosened.

In the apparatus of this embodiment, when the machine stand is stopped due to the full pipe, the bunch winding B1 is formed, and then the ring rail 7 suddenly descends, and the bobbin B is inclinedly wound B2. Then, the automatic shifter operates, and the full bobbin B is gripped by the bobbin gripping tool 12 and pulled out from the spindle 6. At this time, the yarn extending from the bunch winding B1 to the traveler 8 is caught on the hooking plate 33, and the yarn is torn off by the tension between the hooking plate 33 and the bunch winding B1.
