ある。しかしながら、この場合は既存外壁の表面が凹凸
になっていることが多いため、新規外壁も凹凸となり、
施工しにくいばかりでなく、醜い外観となる欠点があっ
た。さらに、この構造では外壁材の打設位置が不明であ
り、かつ、土台回りの納まりもすっきりしないものであ
った。また、既存モルタル壁には水分が相当に含浸され
た状態となっているため、単に断熱材を敷設、固定する

て施工した改修外壁構造の代表例を示す斜視図である。
すなわち、第1図において、は既存壁で主柱2、間柱
3、木摺板4、ラス材5、モルタル壁6とからなるもの
である。なお、既存壁の構造には大壁、真壁、あるい
は特公昭53−8129公報で示されたような下地のモルタル
壁の1種からなるものである。7は土台、8はアンカ
ー、9は布基礎、10は下地材で断熱材、防水性、クッシ
ョン性を有し、さらには調湿性を有するシージングイン

りでは不必要なものである。なお、スタータ14は金具構
造、長尺タイプのいずれかである。15は新規外壁材であ
り、断熱性を有すると共に、雄、雌型連結構造を有し、
かつ、長尺状のものである。その具体例としては、主に
第3図(a)〜(q)、第4図(a)〜(p)に示すようなものであ
り、その構造は金属製表面材Aと裏面材C間に芯材兼断
熱材Bを一体に充填したものである。
