4, the lever 203 starts tilting forward.
In response to this, the male screw rod 202 moves forward, the pair of levers 173 tilts upward via the connecting rod 201, the both upright rods 171a move upward, and the frame body 171b moves the packaging part S. And moves upward toward the folding part R. And
As shown in FIG. 7, when the frame body 171b reaches the vicinity of the pressure receiving plate 182, the solenoid is operated and the pressing member 177 is operated.
Is pressed against the pressure receiving plate 182, and both sides of the packaging film F are sandwiched between the both 177 and 182.

Further, the frame body 171b continues to move upward as the cam 213 rotates, and as shown in FIGS.
At the position where 0 abuts on the cam follower 214 of the lever 203, the frame body 171b reaches its uppermost moving position. After that, the frame body 171b starts moving downward in response to the rotation of the cam 213, and when the cam 213 returns to the initial position, the frame body 171b reaches its lowermost moving position as shown in FIG.
Immediately before the frame body 171b is positioned below the pressure receiving plate 182 and the left and right folding members 82 start the folding operation, the solenoid is actuated and the pressing member 177 moves downward to separate from the pressure receiving plate 182.

By the way, the uppermost moving position of the frame body 171b becomes higher in proportion to the initial position shown in FIG. 5, that is, the backward tilting amount of the lever 203 when the pushing-up member 171 is at the lowermost moving position. This is because the lever 203 tilts most forward because the apex 30 of the cam 213 is as shown in FIGS.
0 and the cam follower 214 are in contact with each other, and the most tilted position is always constant. Therefore, the closer the lever 203 is to the rear in the initial position, that is, the closer the cam 213 and the cam follower 214 are to each other, the more the cam 2 moves.
The amount of tilting forward due to the rotation of 13 becomes large. Then, the amount of forward movement of the male screw rod 202 increases in accordance with the amount of rearward tilting of the lever 203, and the connecting rod 20
This is because the amount of forward tilting of No. 1 and the amount of tilting upward of the lever 173 also increase, and thus the amount of upward movement of the upright rod 171a also increases. In other words, when the cam 213 and the cam follower 214 are always in contact with each other, the uppermost moving position of the frame body 171b becomes the highest, and the cam follower 214 moves the cam 2
The position becomes lower as the distance from 13 increases.

Separated from 13. Then, the cam 213 does not come into contact with the cam follower 214 until it rotates to a certain degree, and the lever 20 is not contacted until the two 213 and 214 come into contact with each other.
The tilting of No. 3 and the upward movement of the pushing-up member 171 are started. Then, the apex 300 of the cam 213 and the cam follower 2

1b reaches the uppermost moving position. As described above, the uppermost moving position of the frame body 171b in this case becomes lower as the cam follower 214 moves away from the cam 213. On the contrary, when the height of the article W is high, the handle 212 is rotated in the opposite direction to the above, and the cam follower 214 and the cam 21 are rotated.

In this way, by appropriately changing the front-back position of the lever 203 with the handle 212, the uppermost moving position of the frame body 171b can be adjusted according to the height of the item W, so that the extension degree of the packaging film F is optimized. The product W can be packaged as a product, and the soft product W is excessively pressed against the film F to be damaged, or conversely, the degree of extension of the film F is insufficient, so that the film F is wrinkled when the product W is packaged. There is no fear that it will occur. Further, it becomes possible to change the tension of the film F according to the softness of the products W having the same height and package them.

On the other hand, the lowermost moving position of the frame body 171b is the upright rod 171a.
Since the contact member 215 at the lower end of the frame contacts the regulating member 216, the frame body 171b is always kept at a constant height even if the upward movement amount is changed. Therefore, when the article W is transferred from the supply device 45 to the cradle device 46, the frame body 171
The packaging work can be smoothly continued without any hindrance to b.

When the item W (the item in which the items are stored in the tray) is placed on the supply device 45, the item W is transferred and placed on the cradle device 46 that has moved downward. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5, the push-up member 171 is already at the lowermost moving position, and the rear folding member 77 is retracted.

When the transport device 1 is driven in synchronization with this feeding, the starting end of the packaging film F located at the supply port P is transported toward the packaging portion S at the center of the transport device 1. In the middle of the process, the saw blade 43 forms perforations in the width direction for each constant length of the packaging film F, and the supply port P is momentarily braked to pull the packaging film F,
This tensile force cuts the perforations and conveys them to the packaging section S.

When the push-up member 171 is moved upward from this packaging film set state, when the frame 171b reaches the packaging film F as shown in FIG. 7, the solenoid is driven to move the left and right pressing members 177. It abuts the pressure receiving plate 182 and also clamps both left and right edges of the packaging film F. Then, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 8, the packaging film F is attached to the frame body 1.
It is pushed up at 71b and stretched. Thus, if the packaging film F is clamped not only at the front and rear edges but also at the left and right edges, the packaging film F is uniformly stretched and is not wrinkled when pushed up by the frame 171b.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the cradle device 46 moves upward to bring the article W into contact with the packaging film F, and as shown in FIG. 10, the frame body 171b of the push-up member 171 moves the packaging film F. The product W is covered with a wrapping film F from above. At this time, the product W is pressed from above by the extension of the packaging film F, but the packaging film F is not usually contracted so much in a short time until the end of the packaging after being stretched by the upward movement of the frame body 171b. W does not have much pressing force. The left and right pressing members 177 are separated from the pressure receiving plate 182 by the left and right folding members 82 immediately before folding, and the sandwiching of the left and right side edges of the packaging film F is released. By this release, the pressing force on the article W is further reduced.

In this way, since the dedicated pushing member 171 is used without directly pushing up the packaging film F with the article W or the tray, the tray is deformed even when packaging a flexible tray or a tall tray. Then, there is no risk that the soft contents in the tray will be crushed.

Further, as described above, since the pressing member 177 is configured to be moved up and down by the solenoid, compared to the case where the pressing member 177 is interlocked with the frame body 171b, an accurate timing is obtained immediately before the folding by the left and right folding members 82. Thus, the pressing member 177 can be separated from the pressure receiving plate 182, and wrinkles or the like do not occur in the film F when folded from the left and right, and the appearance of the packaged product W is not damaged.

Thereafter, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the rear folding member 77 in the retracted position advances as the pedestal 46 moves upward. With this forward movement, both mounting members 151 approach each other. The both mounting members 151 push the packaging film F toward the lower side of the article W on the mounting table of the receiving device 46, and contact the mounting table at a position slightly separated from the lower surface of the tray. When they come into contact with each other and are tilted, they enter below the article W and are placed thereon. At this time, as the rear folding member 77 moves forward, the left and right folding members 82 also approach each other with a slight delay. Next, the rear folding member 77 and the left and right folding members 82 are placed on both the mounting members 15.
As in the case of 1, the rear folding member 77
When the item W has sufficiently entered below the item W, the two mounting members 151 are separated from each other and separated from the item W, and the item W is placed on the rear folding member 77. Then, when the cradle device 46 moves down again, the packaging film F is folded from the rear and left and right directions below the article W while the article W is placed on the rear folding member 77. In synchronization with this folding operation,
The holding by the rear pressing member 37 is released, and the front pressing member 26
Keep only clamped by.

At the time of folding, the pushing member 161 moves forward and approaches the article W. Then, when the pushing member 161 further moves forward and pushes the article W, the holding by the front pressing member 26 is released and the belt conveyor 104 moves. Is rotated. Then, the article W is conveyed forward by the forward movement of the pushing member 161 in a state of being separated from or in contact with the belt conveyor 104, supported by the belt conveyor 104 from above and prevented from swinging, and the rear folding member 77.
It is transferred from above to the front folding member 89. In the middle of the transfer, the packaging film F hits the front folding member 89 and is folded also from the front side on the lower side of the article W, and the folding from the left side overlaps with the folding from the rear side, and the folding from the front side also overlaps. It will be the folding part on the lower side. Next, the rear folding member 77 retracts, the left and right folding members 82 open with each other as the rear retracts, and the pushing member 161 also retracts.

As shown in FIG. 11, the lever 17 of the parallel crank mechanism is used.
4, the upright rod 171a is vertically slidably inserted into at least one guide 221 that is immovably fixed. Then, the lever 173 and the upright rod 171a are connected so that the upright rod 171a moves linearly up and down. In this case, the adjustment of the uppermost moving position of the frame body 171b is performed by the relationship between the cam 213 and the cam follower 214 as in the other example.
