Process, undercoat process, vapor deposition process, and topcoat process are performed. Freon is generally used in this degreasing process, and the next undercoat is subjected to UVC coating (ultraviolet ray curing) with an ultraviolet curable paint to give a mirror surface, and in the vapor deposition in the next process, for example, aluminum small pieces are used to adhere it. Make it easy to do,
Also in the top coat, the same UV as the under coat
C coating is applied to protect the aluminum vapor deposition surface. Usually, a step of forming irregularities such as an arabesque pattern at the time of molding the outer frame, applying liquid coating to this portion, and then wiping it off is adopted.

In order to give the blur, the step of forming the above-mentioned uneven shape is taken. When this uneven shape is formed, it is possible to give an accent to the uneven shape in terms of design, but while the convex part is given gloss, the concave part has paint remaining, resulting in an overall bright and dark pattern. Was too large, which was not very preferable from the viewpoint of blurring paint.

Therefore, in the case where a new method for applying a blurring coating is developed, it is best to omit the undercoating step, which requires time and cost.

The purpose of the present invention is to propose a method for manufacturing a timepiece outer frame that can be applied with a blurring coating without installing an undercoat process.

After that, the coating film is rubbed with a metal brush to form a large number of fine grooves, and then the peeled coating film powder is removed.

I am using things. That is,
Following the degreasing process using Freon, UVC coating with UV-curable paint is performed, vacuum deposition is performed, and then the topcoat is applied by UVC coating with UV-curable paint.

That is, a coating film forming step 9 by spraying paint is provided. In this spraying, for example, an acrylic resin black paint is used to spray the timepiece outer frame molded product. This coating film may have a thickness of about 10 μm, and can be obtained by spraying the coating material and drying it at 65 ° C. for 30 minutes. By this spraying, it is possible to basically give a blurry appearance. still,
Of course, other spray coating may be used in the coating film forming step 9 by spraying the paint.

In the case of the above-mentioned acrylic resin-based paint, a brush having a mixture of stainless steel and brass is used, and this is rubbed appropriately to form a so-called hairline narrow groove. Therefore, this step can be referred to as the hairline processing step 11. In this hairline processing step 11, the coating film formed in the topcoat step 7 is not destroyed, and on the other hand, the coating film formed by spraying is performed with a brush having a hardness capable of scratching an appropriate depth. . As described above, rubbing with a mixture of stainless steel and brass, which is slightly harder than brass, results in different depths and an astringent appearance rich in shape change.

That is, since the present invention adds the coating film forming step 9 by spraying the paint to the topcoat step 7, it can be realized without using the undercoat step 3 for reinforcing the topcoat. Has also confirmed this. As a result, one process can be omitted, and the manufacturing time and cost can be reduced.

を有するものである。(Effect of the invention) As described above, the present invention provides a timepiece outer frame molded article after completion of the topcoat step by sequentially performing a degreasing step, a vapor deposition step, and a topcoat step on a timepiece outer frame molded article made of plastic. After spraying paint to form a coating film, this coating film is rubbed with a metal brush to form a number of fine grooves, and then the peeled coating powder is removed. Blurred coating can now be performed without providing a shape. This blurry coating is basically formed by paint spray coating, but by adding hairline processing, it is possible to obtain a variety of natural and antique products with plastic materials, The frame can give a metallic appearance. Further, since this hairline processing can be performed not only on a flat surface but also on a portion having a complicated shape, the present invention can be applied to any old-fashioned treatment of a timepiece outer frame. Further, according to the present invention, since a coating film forming step by spraying a paint is added to the topcoat step, the undercoat step for reinforcing the topcoat may or may not be used. As an alternative, if the undercoat process is used, that is, the conventional product can be used, and if it is not used, one process can be omitted, and the manufacturing time and cost can be reduced. In any case, the present invention has an advantage that it can be applied to the antique treatment of any timepiece outer frame.
