(Prior Art) In a conventional watch mechanical body, a battery contact piece and a predetermined circuit pattern of a circuit unit are connected to each other by providing a groove on the battery contact piece and sandwiching the circuit unit in the groove to form a circuit pattern on a substrate. The first method of elastic contact, the second method of bending the battery contact piece to provide the spring portion and press-fitting it into the groove provided on the watch case to elastically contact the circuit pattern, or the third method of soldering both Method.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the first method in the above-mentioned conventional technique, the contact of the circuit unit substrate may be shaved and the contact may become unstable, and the precision of the parts on the contact piece side is required. In the second method, there is a possibility that the spring portion may be oxidized to impair the reliability of conduction. Further, due to creep or the like, the pressing force of the spring portion may become insufficient with the passage of time and the contact may become unstable. For this reason, there is a structure in which the screws are tightened in order to maintain the contact force, but in this case, there is a drawback that the number of parts is reduced. Further, in the third method, the reliability and stability of conduction are high, but when soldering is performed before the upper case is connected to the lower case during the assembly process of the timepiece mechanical body, other members are not touched. Thus, the soldering work required precision. Therefore, it is difficult to automate the work. In addition, since it takes time for the solder to solidify, there is a problem that the assembly time becomes long. On the other hand, if the battery contact piece and the circuit unit are integrated by soldering in advance, there is a problem that the integrated member is complicated to handle and the assembly into the timepiece mechanical body is troublesome.

The circuit unit 4 is attached to a coil bobbin 7 of a drive coil (not shown), and is connected with circuit elements such as an integrated circuit 8 and a crystal oscillator 9. For more information,
As shown in FIG. 3, a rectangular main lead piece 4 forming an outer frame.
c and a plurality of separation lead pieces 4d formed separately from the main lead piece 4c, an integrated circuit 8 is mounted in the center of the main lead piece 4c, and the integrated circuit 8 and the separation lead piece 4d are mounted. And are wire bonded. In this state, the insulating potting resin 12 is dripped so as to cover the respective end portions of the main lead piece 4c and the separation lead piece 4d and then cured, so that the main lead piece 4c and the separation lead piece 4 are separated.
The d and d are integrated by the potting resin 12 for protecting the integrated circuit to form the circuit unit 4. Further, the main lead piece 4c of the circuit unit 4 is formed with a contact portion 4a arranged at one end of the battery housing portion 5 of the lower plate 2.
Further, a part of the separation lead piece 4d is bent so that the conductor piece 4b is bent.

According to the assembling method of the present invention as described above, the circuit unit 4 and the battery contact piece 6 can be surely connected quickly, and the assembling time can be shortened. Further, since the connection can be made only by inserting the electrode rod after connecting the upper plate 1 and the lower plate 2, there is no fear of affecting other parts and automation can be achieved. Furthermore, since the tubular portions 1b and 2b shut off the welded portions (the conductor pieces 4b and the connecting portions 6b) from the inside of the timepiece machine body, the welding gas generated at the time of welding causes the position of components such as a group of components inside the timepiece machine body. Will not invade. Therefore, it does not affect other parts at the time of welding, contributes to the stabilization of quality, and is also excellent in dustproofness after assembly.

(Effect) As described above, according to the method of assembling the timepiece mechanical body according to the present invention, the battery contact piece and the circuit unit are connected by connecting the upper plate and the lower plate to each other and connecting the battery contact piece to the circuit unit. Since spot welding is performed in a state where the conductor pieces are superposed and held, the connection position is accurate and the assembly can be speeded up. Furthermore, since there is no fear of affecting other members during spot welding and the work does not require precision, automation is possible. Moreover, since the spot welding ensures reliable joining, the reliability of the connection is improved.
