In the present invention, the far-infrared radiation efficiency of the radiant heat is increased and radiated, and the panel heater generated with the generation of the convective heat. By utilizing the convection of air on the surface, the air touching the heat generating surface is efficiently deodorized. Since the heat generation surface layer of the panel heater has a high temperature and a large amount of air is moved by natural convection, the deodorizing effect can be greatly exerted.
As the material having a deodorizing function of the surface layer used in the present invention, a metal chelate compound having both a deodorizing function and a far-infrared radiation function is used.

Metal chelate compounds are largely organic metals, but among them are metal phthalocyanines, metal porphyrins, etc., which are pigments with a deep color, and have a far-infrared radiation function in addition to a catalytic effect and an adsorption effect from a low temperature range. I also have. Therefore, it is possible to form a panel surface at a relatively low temperature, radiate far infrared rays, and exert an excellent deodorizing function.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 is a heating surface layer, 2 is a planar heating element, 3 is a substrate, 3 is a frame, and 5 is a heat insulating material. The front surface of the substrate 3 is composed of the heat generating surface layer 1, and the back surface thereof is composed of the sheet heating element 2 and the heat insulating material 5. The heat generating surface layer 1 is made of a mixture of a material having a deodorizing function and a material having far infrared rays.

Alternatively, the above-mentioned mixed material may be impregnated into cloth, paper, woven cloth, or the like and bonded to the surface of the substrate for use. Further, the deodorizing function and the far-infrared ray radiating function can be sufficiently achieved by one material efficiently as described in the above-mentioned "Operation".

As a result, the flow rate is changed and the deodorizing ability can be adjusted. When unevenness is provided in the horizontal direction, the surface area increases and the flow rate also increases, so the deodorizing ability increases.

When the substrate 3 is heated and the heat generating surface layer 1 is further heated, the deodorant material causes a catalytic deodorant function by the action of the heat, and the far-infrared radiation material also has the far-infrared radiation function due to the heat. By strengthening the work, the combined effects of these functions have the effect of enabling extremely mild and clean heating.
