Particularly in the case of a cartridge tank, kerosene is attached to the refueling cap, and your hands get dirty when you open it. Further, if the tank falls over during oiling, there is a disadvantage that kerosene will be spilled. Then, at the time of lubrication, the amount of kerosene that has been lubricated is constantly checked, and if the operation of lubrication is not stopped, the kerosene will overflow. Further, there is a problem in that kerosene spills from the tip of the lubrication hose when the lubrication operation is accidentally performed without putting the lubrication hose in the tank or the hose is pulled out during lubrication.

When the holder main body 4 is pushed into the oil supply cap 2, first, the exhaust pipe 5 as an air vent means comes into contact with the exhaust valve 6. Reference numeral 7 denotes an oil supply valve. Inside the holder body 4, an oil supply valve 7 is arranged so as to be slidable up and down by an oil supply valve spring 8 provided at an upper portion inside the holder body 4. Since the lubrication valve spring 8 and the exhaust valve spring 9 are set to have substantially the same strength and the lubrication valve spring 10 is set to be stronger than this, first the lubrication valve 7
And the exhaust valve 6 opens. Reference numeral 11 denotes a valve seat holder that is attached inside the refueling cap 2 and serves as at least a side surface space. A refueling valve 12 is provided inside the valve seat holder 11, and a refueling valve provided on the tank 1 side of the valve seat holder 11. The spring 10 is arranged so that it can slide up and down. Further, inside the fuel supply valve 12, an exhaust valve spring 9 provided with an exhaust valve 6 on the side opposite to the exhaust port is provided.
Therefore, it is slidable up and down. Reference numeral 13 denotes a valve support (flange) provided inside the holder main body 4. When the holder main body 4 is further pushed, the lubrication valve 7 hits the valve support 13 and the lubrication valve 7 does not open any further, and the tip of the exhaust pipe 5 A ring 14a provided on the collar portion 5a shuts off the exhaust port above the refueling valve 12. When the holder body 4 is further pushed in, the oil supply valve 12 is opened, the oil supply pipe 15 provided in the holder body 4 is fitted into the oil supply port, and the airtight packing 3b attached to the holder body 4 is pressed against the upper surface of the oil supply cap 2. The fuel filler is sealed.

Further, the oil supply valve 12 is biased by the oil supply valve spring 10 toward the oil supply port of the oil supply cap 2, and the ring 14c completely shuts off the oil supply port of the oil supply cap 2. The exhaust valve 6 is urged by the exhaust valve spring 9 toward the exhaust port of the refueling valve 12, and the exhaust port of the refueling valve 12 is completely shut off by the ring 14d.

Reference numeral 18 denotes a lock groove provided on the outer periphery of the fuel filler cap 2, and the lock spring 16 is engaged with the spring groove 17. Therefore, the holder body 4 should be attached to
When it is pushed in, the lock spring 16 is fitted into the lock groove 18 by the taper portion 2b of the fuel filler cap 2. Here, the lock spring 16 is in a state of restraining both the lock groove 18 and the spring groove 17.

Reference numeral 19 denotes an oil supply passage, and when kerosene is sent from the oil supply passage 19 in the direction of the arrow, the kerosene is discharged from the oil supply pipe 15 into the oil supply cap 2 and is injected into the tank 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the lubrication valve 7 has a shape in which the circumference is cut in a square shape, and when the lubrication valve 7 is opened, the oil supply passage 19 is secured and the distortion of the exhaust pipe 5 is prevented. Has become. 20
Is an exhaust path. Since the oil filler cap 2 is completely sealed by the airtight packing 3b, air in the oil-filled state and having the same volume as the supplied kerosene escapes through the exhaust passage 20. Reference numeral 21 denotes an exhaust gas inlet, and when oil supply is further continued, kerosene accumulates in the tank 1, and when the oil level rises to the height of the exhaust gas inlet 21, the kerosene escapes into the exhaust passage 20, and the tank 1 has an airtight packing. 3b completely blocks the outside air,
No kerosene is injected above the height of the exhaust inlet 21.

Since it is shut off, after the oil is filled to the height of the exhaust inlet of the cartridge tank, the kerosene in the cartridge tank is sent to the storage tank through the exhaust circulation path and returns to the storage tank. Kerosene will not spill to the outside even if the tank is continuously lubricated, and it is possible to reliably lubricate the cartridge tank. Moreover, if the lubrication device is accidentally activated before the holder body is attached to the lubrication cap, Even if the holder body accidentally comes off the lubrication cap during lubrication, the discharge side of the lubrication device is blocked by the lubrication port blocking means of the holder body. Since, kerosene can be prevented spilling to the outside of kerosene causing at wrong operation in lubrication without spilling to the outside.
