A female panel with a mating structure, a metal plate, a synthetic resin plate with synthetic resin foam or an inorganic lightweight body bonded to the back surface, or a lightweight panel made of lightweight cellular concrete or an inorganic material such as calcium silicate. Are on the market. However, a panel consisting only of a metal plate and a synthetic resin plate lacks heat insulation and sound insulation, and a panel that combines a metal plate, a synthetic resin plate and a synthetic resin foam, etc. is fireproof,
In addition to lacking in sound insulation and designability, there is a drawback that deformation due to uneven density distribution of the synthetic resin foam appears in the metal plate or synthetic resin plate used as the surface material and the designability is deteriorated. In addition, the panel mainly made of inorganic material lacks freeze-thaw resistance, and when it is made into a thin board, it is brittle in terms of strength and is damaged or damaged during nailing, and it has a connection structure. There was a defect that the engaging force and the waterproof property were poor.

A female type connecting part is formed to form a connecting structure with a metal plate to improve waterproofness and engaging force, and an inorganic system in which the cross-section of the metal plate has a substantially C-shaped cross section. The decorative surface material, which is the main material, is integrated by using an adhesive or the elastic deformation of the metal plate to improve the design of the decorative surface and to enhance fire resistance and sound insulation, and at least of the metal plate. The gutter-shaped part is filled with a heat-insulating core material, and the back surface of the core material is covered with a sheet-like back surface material to enhance heat insulation and strength,
In addition, since the nailing part that fixes the panel to the frame is formed of a thin metal plate, it prevents damage and damage during nailing, and the strength of the decorative surface material causes uneven density distribution of the core material. It proposes a panel that prevents deformation and greatly improves design.
