め長楕円形に変形して挿入されたシートリングの各弁棒
穴を貫通して保持する1対の位置決めピンと、該シート
リングの長軸方向の両端部をそれぞれ同じ回転方向に対
称的に捩る1対の捩り爪と、該捩り爪によつて捩られた
シートリングを弁棒穴を中心にして対称位置から上記捩
り方向と同じ回転方向に旋回させる1対の回転プツシヤ
とを備え、上記1対の回転プツシヤによつて、旋回され
た捩られた状態のシートリングの耳部を逐次、弁本体の
シートリング溝へ強制的に嵌入させながら該シートリン
グの反撥弾性力を利用して弁本体内面に該シートリング
を装着させるようにしたことを特徴としている。

シートリングの装着作業を、比較的簡単な組立装置によ
つて、すべて機械力によつて行なうことができる。ま
た、装着に先立つて、シートリングの両弁棒穴に位置決
めピンを挿入固定した状態で、捩りや旋回を行なうの
で、弁本体とシートリングの両弁棒穴のずれは生じず、
シートリング装着後の穴合せが不要となる利点もある。
