ージ抑制回路(7)とその出力側に接続されたディジタル
電圧計のような高入力インピーダンスの電圧検出部(8)
及びリレー接点メイク用の差動増幅回路のような高入力
インピーダンスの電圧検出部(12)とから成るものであ
る。遮蔽ケーブル(6)は外部からのノイズの影響を防止
し電圧検出部(8)、(12)の誤動作を防止するためのもの
