【発明の詳細な説明】 〔産業上の利用分野〕 本発明は、補修時等において制振鋼板とその上側に位置
する別の鋼板とをプラグ溶接により溶接する場合に用い

板部材にプラグ穴を設けて上側からプラグ溶接を施して
制振鋼板を鋼板部材に溶接する場合等に見られる。ま
た、制振鋼板と鋼板部材とのアーク溶接、プラグ溶接
は、特開昭60-87980号公報、特開昭60-3982号公報に見
られるが、以下に説明する本発明のように、CO2プラグ
溶接に先立ち制振鋼板にアークスポット溶接を施す方法

上板間にプラグアーク溶接を施してプラグ穴を埋め鋼板
と制振鋼板の上板とを溶接することを特徴とする制振鋼

ラグ穴3を有する。このプラグ穴3を利用して、プラグ
穴3のほぼ中心部にて、制振鋼板1にアークスポット溶
接を施す。4はアーク溶接機であり、市販のCO2アーク
溶接機を用いることができる。5はワイヤであり、ワイ
ヤ5はプラグ穴3中心をねらってセットする。6はガス
カップであるが、アークスポット溶接時はCO2ガスは不
要である。アークスポット溶接は、低電流80〜90Aに
て、電圧19V、1secにて実施し、上板、下板間にナゲ
ット7を形成し、正規組付時のスポット溶接強度(ルマ

溶接に先立ち制振鋼板1にアークスポット溶接を施され
